Every time we rent from this location, it turns into the same ridiculous headache. We reserve an SUV DAYS -- sometimes weeks -- in advance, and without fail, they always call at the last minute to say they "don't have one available." What is the point of even making a reservation if this branch clearly doesn't honor it? It's honestly beyond frustrating at this point. This isn't a one-time mistake or some random issue -- this is their pattern, every single time. No reliability, no consistency, and absolutely no sense of customer service. We plan ahead, we do everything right, and they still leave us scrambling at the last minute like our time doesn't matter at all. As a once loyal customer, I must say I'm absolutely disgusted at how I was treated by management today while picking up my rental. The manager and his assistant were rude and unprofessional, even after I informed them of my disability. I've rented there a total of 4 times within the last 3 months without any issues. They denied my rental and I lost out on being at a close friends wedding. This place is the worlds worst regarding customer service and management. Enterprise has lost a long-standing loyal customer. Received awesome service! I was given a brand new Audi suv with a full tank of gas. The car was very clean and staff explained all the details of the car. He even pointed out the controls that was not in typical places ie radio , volume, car lights switches. Price was very fair. Excellent Services and Quality Cars. Rented a car from here with what appeared to be clear coat fading. The manager told me he "had it down" as we walked around the car. On a sunny day it seemed like it was more of a spray paint job. I decided no to go back since it was already "down". Completion of the rental, they are trying to charge me for damage to the roof of the car, the paint on the trunk lid, and some sort of bumper repair because the manager annotated no damage. I called to speak to the manager and he has been relocated. I was told by the manager of the Picayune location that he couldn't do anything because it stated there was no damage, that I would have to get the other manager to call the Enterprise location that filed the claim on the car. I called the new location and I am unable to get a call back. WILL NOT BE USING THIS ENTERPRISE LOCATION AGAIN! It seems as though they damaged the car and are trying to get me to pay for it. Absolutely horrible service from this company and their employees. Booked a car with them through my insurance only to get a call stating I would have to wait a few extra days because they had no cars available for me...Few days go by and I arrive first thing when they open and they literally gave me the worst car on the lot. Didn't even give me a choice. The car was falling apart with one hubcap missing and the glove box compartment door just fell off completely when I opened it. When I came back after filling up the tank to let them know I would be returning it on half a tank like it was given to me I witnessed the employees asking the other customers if certain vehicles would be ok with them. I thought it was pretty rude they didn't give me the same choices as they were the same vehicle category as mine. They also didn't even ask where I would be traveling to (which just happened to be about 2,000 mike trip so I could have used a nicer car) and everyone else they asked was staying local. I feel like I was discriminated against by the female employee there. Also called to complain but that got no where. Will never rent a car from enterprise ever again and I advise others to do the same. read more
