Full Review: Hertz let me make reservations for vehicles that were not even available. For the first reservation, I was told I'd be put on standby, so I booked a smaller vehicle instead. Nobody called to say it wasn't available, so I went to the location--only to be told again I'd be put on standby for the second vehicle. After leaving, I got a call from Hertz saying I'd be charged an $80 "no show fee" for each reservation ($160 total) if I didn't cancel. I called Hertz and was told I had to cancel through the third party I booked with. I did that, then called Hertz back, only to be told I still had to contact corporate to avoid being charged. When I called corporate, I waited 45 minutes just to be told they didn't even see my reservation and couldn't help me. The only helpful person throughout this entire process was the desk agent at the Hertz location. Everyone else seemed more interested in passing me off than resolving the issue. Instead of trying to earn my business, Hertz wasted my time, gave me the runaround, and threatened me with fees for cars they never even had available.

They advertise the…read morecar leases extremely cheap and I thought it was a gimmick to get you in the door at first but I had time to purchase and I figured what do I have to loose. I have leased many cars before so I'm aware that you always have to pay for your registration/plates no matter where you go but I really put zero down paid my plates and tax and got the car at the advertised price. When I went to the dealer to test drive this car I spoke to a salesman and he wanted almost $7000 upfront and about $200 more a month. When I showed him the prices that M&V were offering he insisted that that was a scam he even got the manager and the manger said there is no way you can get this car at that price because any dealer will be loosing money with M&V's prices. Also I wanted dynamic handling on my car but the dealer once again told me there wasn't any car in NJ in stock with that option and dissuaded me from getting that option, so if I wanted that it would have to be a custom order and he therfor couldn't offer me any deals on any car that wasn't on their lot. I saw some reviews where people said someone some things that weren't all that positive but I assure you that this place is totally legit. I spoke with John and he made picking my car with all the options I wanted and didn't want painless for me. This really beats going to the dealer and waiting for hours while they get your car ready and have to negotiate a price down. I built my custom BMW online sent it to John, got to track it on the BMW website step by step and picked up the car at BMW in Brooklyn about 8 weeks later, I did have the option to have them deliver it but I just couldn't wait the Memorial day weekend out.

Within 20 minutes of getting to his shop we were finished and back on the road. Even after leaving he sent me a text message checking on us and thanking us for supporting his business. I 100% recommend Fayette auto technicians if you need any tires or tire repair done. I will use them again if I ever need any tire repair or tires. Last but not least he only charged me $75 for a new tire which he also put it on and took the old one off the rim and disposed of it. My wife was at work, so I couldn't ask her to remind me. I called MetroPark on April 3rd for a pickup on April 4th and spoke to 'Sid'. He seemed like a nice enough guy although he couldn't seem to either hear or understand what I was saying part of the time. He told me what the price would be for the pickup at our home and for the return trip, I gave him my credit card info and email and he said I would be receiving an email or text confirmation. By the morning of April 4th, I had still not received any confirmation but what I did receive was an almost $400 charge on my card from them. The agreed upon price I got on the phone was $120 each way. I called the main number back at 8:10 am on April 4th, got a different person, told them I had not received confirmation and asked why I was charged so much extra. He was rude and condescending, said it was sent and that I should check my spam email (which I had already done prior to calling), told me the extra fees were for gratuities and other expenses and added that I shouldn't book them if I can't afford it. Keep in mind that this comment comes from a semi-literate working at a taxi stand. Needless to say, I emphatically told him to cancel the service and hoped this would be the end of it. I then called my bank to give them the heads up about these charges as I would be out of the country for over a week. They explained that the charges were still pending, but I at least wanted it to be on record that I contacted them immediately. As I write this on April 13th, the charges were still on my card, so I filed a fraud complaint with my bank and the charges will be taken off. Also, we went with the car service we had previously used and they were honest, charged less, had a clean, new car and were top notch. Even our driver was a pleasure. To summarize, it is much easier to be an honest company who treats their clients with respect and good service than a vampiric parasite who tries to cheat honest people out of their money. You are only hurting yourselves in the long run through loss of business and reputation. MetroPark, are a few extra ill-gotten bucks really worth it?

I had used Murphy's, in Middletown, many years ago, but couldn't see them driving south to pick me up just to take me north again to Newark airport. I had considered a cab service, but my vacations are very important to me, and didn't want to have to worry about reliability, so I decided to use Greg's service, and called to set up an appointment. An e-mail was sent with an invite that you respond to confirming your appointment, and you receive a text from the driver a half hour before pick up. My driver showed up very early, and was waiting for me at my requested pick up location. Very friendly, helped with my bags, had a beautiful Lincoln, and got me to Newark in no time! He even was kind enough to look up my departure gate at my terminal for United Airlines! Also, exchanged in pleasant talk on the way! Great service across the board, and highly recommend them and will! I also, love the flat rate that includes tolls and gratuities! Takes the guess work out of your bill.
