On the phone and in person they are efficient and friendly. But they gave me a used beat up car with 65k miles. That is not the worst part. This car has been smoked in lots. They tried to cover it up with horrible perfumes spray. I'm driving around with all the windows down and it's in the 90s. So nice people forced to deal with substandard cars. read more

I've rented cars from this location three times in two years. We have always received immaculate cars, they put them threw the car wash, filled them with gas and vacuumed the car right before giving it to us. The only thing I can say is that in the morning when they open at 8, there is usually a line at the door waiting for them to open...and the employees don't roll in the office until 7:58! Lol...could be more organized, but we will rent again. read more

If you can go to another rental service do it! They look for any reason to keep your deposits. So don't expect any money back. If one makes a mistake the others stick by to cover up for eachother. I wouldn't return on even if my insurance was going to take care of it. read more

This is probably one of the poorest run rental car offices I have ever encountered. The staff is very rude and very inconsderate of their customers, and the value of time. Their cars suck, I had two cars get flats and the excuse once service was needed was I was the reason the tires get flats. I would agree with review one the this type of customer service and quality of cars are a direct reflection of the office managment. I would highly recommend using a diffrent company of going to a diffrent location to get a rental car. read more

This is probably one of the poorest run rental car offices I have ever encountered. While the staff tries to do what they can to accommodate you, they are completely overwhelmed by the number of customers streaming in due to poor office management. The office looks like it's been hit by a tornado with papers and random things strewn all over the desks. When dropping off my rental, I had to wait 15 minutes while the two staff members scrambled around to process everyone's paperwork. Given that they opened at 8A and I dropped the car off at 8:15, you would have thought that they'd at least have the computers booted up - NOPE! I finally had to interrupt one of the staff to ask him if I could just leave my keys and get out and he (thankfully) said I could go online to get my receipt. My experience getting the car was no different. Perhaps I caught them on 2 bad days, but I think what I experienced is a symptom of a poorly run business. read more

Do not get a car from here. Ever. I received a dirty car with an oil change sticker showing the vehicle to be 6,000 miles past due. Even if it was up to date, that's a bad image to send. Now the bad part...their incompetence could have gotten me killed! The washer fluid ran out while I was on the highway, in the middle of nowhere, in single-digit temperatures, about 20 miles from the nearest exit. I had to slow down, crank up the heat, and pop my head out the window to see. Fluids like this should be topped off every time the car leaves, especially in the winter. read more
