Pat came and had to use skids to get my car on his truck because the front wheels were locked up. He was skillful and friendly. The courteous lady in the office kept me informed of when Pat would arrive and what was going on with my insurance. Both my husband and I took the day off work and were told we'd get updates "in a couple of hours." 1:45pm (5 hours later): First call - might be turbo, need smoke test, "one more hour" 4:00pm (8 hours later): Finally told it's turbo, $6,500 estimate 4:45pm: Missy informs us the car was completely disassembled during diagnostic and will take over an hour to reassemble. But "sorry, we're closing!" She admitted they got "distracted" working on other cars during our diagnostic. We were never informed they'd be taking the car apart. Next day: Car towed back with a new scraping noise that wasn't there before. Are you kidding me! You can't sell a car for 85 days and you try to blame me? They certainly weren't going to sell it in another hour and a half if they can't sell it after 85 days. I had an unfortunate incident where a friend backed into my car hard enough to total it, according to another body shop. I was adamant that I did not want my car totaled; I just wanted them to fix the non-cosmetic damage, and I would be good, but they refused. So I called my mechanic and they recommended Rowe. Everyone at Rowe was an absolute pleasure to work with. Even though I had trouble getting the check from the other insurance company, they helped me figure out what to do and they were able to give me a quote that made it fixable, and not a total. I got my car back and it looked as good as new, which I wasn't even expecting given that it was a 13-year-old car at the time. If something ever happens again to my dear old car, I will take it to them again.

He continued to tell me that all my other tires were "terrible" and that I should get every tire replaced because it's likely that the leasing company will require it or "ding" me if I turn the car in with bad tires. Mind you, there is only 33,000 miles on this car, and of the 10 vehicles I have leased in the past 20 years, not once have I ever been dinged for tires or required to replace the tires. Throughout his consult with me, the service attendant kept trying to get to me get all new tires...I mean, come on guy, read the room! I don't want or need all new tires for a car I am going to turn in soon! He told me that they would get the tire on and have me out in 30 minutes, and that they would put the spare tire back in it's holding cavity underneath my hatchback floor and I could be on my way. They did indeed get me on my way in about 37 minutes. About a mile from leaving the establishment, my tire pressure monitor tells me that the new tire has 26 lbs of pressure in it. However, the other three tires on my car are set at 35 lbs of pressure. Huh? Why didn't they fill it to 35 lbs to match the other tires? That evening, I stopped at Kroger to purchase groceries, and when I lifted my hatchback to load them into the back, there it was: the spare tire and all of its parts and screws, not put back away as I was assured it would be. Frustrating! Come on people, deliver what you say you would deliver! Good points about this establishment is very courteous customer service and speedy service. Bad points are described above. My car drives noticeably rougher and I need to investigate if I should fill my "new tire" with 35 lbs of pressure to match the other tires.
