Car came completely filthy with eaten up food on back seat from what looks like childrens food, car sounded and felt like the front was gonna come off. After having been in a head on collision day before having to rent this car i didn't even drive it after my husband picked up as i felt so unsafe. The manager who did take some money off and gave an upgrade for future rental and apologized cause he felt terrible and said hes the manager and reflected on him when my husband picked up the car from same person. So you rented the car out as a manager and took no notice to cars condition. He also picked my husband up to get the rental where my husband said hes was looking at his phone and almost rear ended a vehicle couple times. The whole experience was so unacceptable. Definitely will not be going back to this location. read more

I could not have had a better experience at a time when life has been nothing short of a hassle. Everyone I interacted with could not have been friendlier and more attentive. Chris, thank you "sir" for your assistance at check out. Nick, appreciate the ride home, enjoyed the chat and much appreciated. But all of this works when you run an efficient workplace. So, the best for last, Filomena, the branch manager at Patchoge Enterprise is awesome! Efficient, to the point, makes you feel comfortable and if you have any questions after she checks you out then you weren't listening. LOL. And, btw, she is a knockout! In there defense I booked same day but what I got was an Economy size vehicle when I booked an intermediate, and a vehicle that was likely only on the lot as it was poised to hit the shop late that week. - The adjustment in rate didn't come until after I asked if the vehicle was in fact an economy size. - The vehicle had a cracked bumper, dings all over, and two cracks in the windshield. - From a cleanness perspective, the inside was was dirty, along with the outside. Apparently they either lost electricity or water from what the rep was saying. Not very COVID ready as they advertise. - I had to drop the vehicle off in NYC and they immediately sent the car to the shop for repair. - When I called up to state my case I was offered a free upgrade, thanks but no thanks. In short, I rent from Enterprise often, and this engagement will 100% have me looking at other options in the future. Poor customer service in my opinion. read more

I was given false information about how much my insurance was going to cover. The lady at the desk had to tell me she worked there for 6 years and knew what she was talking about was very rude. For some reason from the start of our conversation to the moment we left she was yelling. I am not sure why. She did not take the time to explain anything. read more

All though this place is great..they still need major improvements. One that will be a life saver is if they started a Credit Bank for customers to just add money to it instead having to use a credit card or debt card! Kinda like a gift card! Most people don't have cards at all. read more

They had only one compact but tried their darnedest to get me to upgrade, even insulting me about my height ("You'll never fit in that car!"). The "Check Air Pressure" light was on in car they gave me. The agent said, "Somebody probably hit a bump. It's fine." The next morning the tire was flat. My insurance company said I was entitled to a 15% discount but the agent said "You already have a discount and we can't discount a discount." Trouble was, my "discount" was under 5%. I tried to exchange it at the airport but folks weren't helpful there. Even though a reservation agent I spoke to on the phone said there should be no problem, when I got to the airport the clerk said "We have ZERO cars". Best I can say the rate for a week was pretty good and once I inflated the tire it held air...but the warning light never went off. read more

This is the worst rental place ever. I rented once and was charged for extra days I called and had this issue corrected. When I needed to use this agency again I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt..... no I was totally wrong. I rented the car waited for my deposit to be refunded and when it wasn't I called and was told I wouldn't be issued a refund bc they made up charges/things that were wrong with the car. I returned the car totally fine and approved however a week later I'm charged fees and there is nothing that can be done. Scam, Scam, Scam Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. They make up charges, steal your money. read more

Excellent experience! My car was totaled on Labor Day, and although I was a bit nervous having never rented a car before, the friendly staff at this location made the process a breeze! Unfortunately for me, there were lots of setbacks time-wise replacing the car, so I wound up having the rental for far longer than I initially anticipated. However, the office was terrific the entire time. I was given a 2019 Ford Fusion that was a pleasure to drive, and the new agent who initially set me up was very thorough and able to explain the whole process like a pro. I was given a very fair rate through insurance, and I was even given a complimentary vehicle upgrade. I was always told when my card was being run, and the explanation of charges was very clear and nothing unexpected was ever thrown in. I kept in contact throughout and they always inquired about how the replacement car search was going, and despite my initial projections as to how long I would need the car changing several times, they were always beyond accommodating. Consider this location for your rental needs, and I promise you will be happy you did! Thanks again to the staff here for everything! read more

I've been renting from this branch exclusively whenever I have a car repair at my dealership up the road. They have always been very accommodating, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. I have never felt pressured into buying more insurance like at some other branches I have used in the past. They don't always have the car you want in stock, but they can usually work it out if you make reservations in advance. I will be doing business here again. read more

ENTERPRISE was a wonderful experience while I was coming back from a terrible experience a few doors down from Hertz. This is the worst rental place ever. If I could rate a negative star I would. They are total crooks. They make up charges, steal your money. I made an reservation, confirmed my reservation. When I arrive I was told that I was on a do not rent list from a previous unpaid rental. I assured them that I paid my rental fees and had previously rented from them. They told me if I didn't have receipts they could confirm this. It was convenient that they could confirm I didn't pay. Against my better judgement I paid the fee they said I owed so that i could get my rental and be on my merry way. They ran my credit card to charge for the rental. First time she stated nothing happened try again second time declined. She stated you have no money try another card. I called my credit card company who stated I had holds on my account from enterprise. The representative stated she didn't do anything. There is no hold or a receipt would have printed. In the end I got no rental. A bunch of back and forth words with no result. Once home I was able to track down a bank statement of those said unpaid fees that placed me on the do not rent list. I brought them in. No apology offered. Just your money will be returned within 24 to 48 hours. I contacted corporate who stated they would fix the situation. Just hold off on any bad reviews. But days later not even a phone call. Enterprise are straight crooks. I was miss treated, called a liar and completely inconvenienced all on their end and not much as an apology. Never asked if I missed an event due to non rental. Nothing. Worst company ever. From the fools in the office : Ashley and Lindsey all the way up to corporate. Go to hertz.
