My experiences here have been great, receiving exceptional service. The lot has plenty parking spaces if you have to leave your own car, they have many cars to choose from, and service is fast and professional. If you booked through a third party such as Expedia and bought car protection which is cheaper through that party, you are not berated, as I was at another Enterprise location in Homestead. Definitely will continue using this location for my car rentals. Bonus points that they are open on Sunday. read more

I went to the Monroeville last week on a Thursday to pick up a car. When I first went in, the customer service was horrible, and I was not even acknowledged. I understand people are busy and people help others, but and acknowledgment would go a long way. after I stood there for a few minutes A young man by the name of Brennan came in and helped me out. If I could give it less stars I would. An insurance company got me a rental from here and it was infested with bed bugs! I tried reporting it for 3-4 days before I was told they would handle it. I got the car towed back to their location which I found out that their AAA service towed it to an alternative location. They tried to charge me $300 for this mishap which was not my fault. After trying to call to figure it out they are still giving me the run around. My advice is do not listen to them saying the vehicles are clean just go somewhere else! I guess the car had just came in so they said needed to be freshened up. That translated to kinda washing it and spraying a strong air freshener. Didn't have time to deal with it as I needed to get on the road. Day 2 of having the vehicle and the "freshener" had worn off and the car reeked of weed. That was fine till I got pulled over for a tail light being out and the cop asked if I'd been smoking weed. Fun times trying to explain that one. read more

Ran into a few road blocks on the day i was set to leave on Vacation. The first gentleman i had who i didn't get his name, but he was a black guy with a bad beard. He was very rude and seemed checked out mentally at 10 in the morning. He just shut down at the first hint of adversity. Couldn't get the work done on my car due to their error & had to set back the repairs to be done another time. Mike and Owen were both incredibly rude. The manager, I was picking up my reservation, but had my husband debit card I offered to get my card in my name but the manager was extremely unreasonable then refused to rent to me and my husband, but also kicked me out of the store and threatened to call the police. read more

Highly disappointed and disgusted with the service I've received we're should I start. The reason I need a rental is because i need a replacement engine due to a recall on my car. So everything is covered and I was told to go to the Monroeville office. Obviously I don't have a car so I had to pay a $48 Lyft to the location. I get there only to be told there is a fee and they don't take any of my cards I had and that they close soon. As a result I had to take a bus home but was told they would reserve the suv for me until the morning. Well this morning I called to make sure the car was still there and was quickly told they gave it away and that's not there problem. I was told I have 3 other options but they didn't sound like SUV's they were cars. I only qualify for a SUV so today I will be going via Lyft or bus again from the NORTHISIDE to MONROEVILLE and I better leave with a decent SUV. These people are very rude, very careless and make things difficult as if they only give special vehicles to special people or something. Not quite sure what to think here. Truck was rented through GMAC we did not pay for it but the dealership didn't have an account with the truck rentals so until they set that up I let them use my card as a hold. A week after it was returned I see a hold for .01 from them. Three days after that I see a hold for 50.01 hmmmmmm.....what is going on here it sort of looks like someone is running the card to see if it can be used. Rented a car from Enterprise, in Turtle Creek. On 11-11-16 Informed them of a rattle in the front end. When I taken the car back, I was accused of damaging the frame of the car. Britney who happens to be the manager at this here location is a liar. Moreover, when I told Mark I was going to call corporate and tell them how they're giving out cars and aren't checking them. Then and only then, were they trying to make me pay for a car I didn't damage. They're crooks at this location. I've been a customer for 20 plus years and never had an accident, I caused. Thus, I did everything instructed by the contract and now they're trying to make me pay a 500.00 deductible. I'll see these crooks in court. PS. The allegedly damaged car, he driven me back home in....I'll do a follow up after the BBB contact me again, here shortly. The regional manager in Monroeville, came at me with an offer. It went as follows: They wanted me to report the damage to my insurance company. And the would waive the $500.00 deductible. I explained to the regional manager, I wouldn't be doing this, because I didn't damage your car. I called in a told you about the rattle, and because I use my own insurance when I rent, you're finding fault in me? Moreover, I also explained to the Monroeville regional manager, Jim, parked the rental, in front of Johnny Mock, and we never checked the car over. The regional manager stated he checked the camera, and stated, Jim did everything by the book. Meaning the Monroeville manager never looked at the film. Now I'll be calling my local news station. Don't rent a car from here would be my advice. And I have been a loyal customer of Enterprise for over 20 years. But I seriously doubt I will ever use them again. I had a reservation for a car for approximately a month. But due a massive breakdown in communication, there was no car for me. And I was wrong for being upset over this. The branch manager who was there was very condescending and never even once apologized for a lack of a car for us. All he wanted to do was argue over who was rude to whom. As good as it gets. Pittsburgh workers are the most friendly and efficient in the county. The staff was funny and polite. Picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel to get and return the car. Gas was cheap. I was in Pittsburgh the weekend of the US Open and the Penguins parade for winning the Stanley cup. But i got a brand new med size car. It was clean an across the street from the Hilton Doubletree Hotel in Monroeville. read more

Just dont know where to start. Upon arrival, I was lugging three huge suitcases up three steps where I encountered a door. As I struggled to open it and enter with my stuff, I watched three employees standing there watching my struggle. Nobody made a move. Bad manners. Not one of them was doing a thing but they just stood there watching me struggle. Entering the office, there was another guy sitting at a desk. As I struggled back out the same door and down the steps again...nobody moved. That was my first impression. Needless to say...not impressed. The car seems fine so that is a plus. My step daughter needed to rent from here after hitting a deer in her car. She was not really familiar with the process as she had only had her license a short time. She was encouraged to get the additional insurance threw enterprises on the rental even though she has full coverage including rental. The kid working the register was rude when this was questioned upon return of vehicle. The cost of this additional coverage was around $350 for a 11 day rental. Enterprise knew what coverage she had when she rented it and I feel she was taken advantage of by telling her she needed additional. I would not recommend a company who does business in this way. read more

She bluntly told me that I was not able to afford the charges just by looking at my rental history. I tried to get the manager on the phone and he did not even acknowledge my complaint. I had to rent a car due to an accident. My insurance adjuster suggesting this particular location. They contacted me immediately with available options and when they would be able to have a car ready which was the next morning. That was perfectly fine by me. We set up for the company to pick me up which was super convenient. They provided me with a really nice car, made sure I knew how to drive it, and then let me go on my way. It seriously took maybe 15 minutes to do all the paperwork, inspect the vehicle, etc from the time they picked me up to the time I was out driving. When I came back to return the car, it was super easy as well. They drove me to the dealership so that I could pick up my car. Each of the employees were super friendly. This was a very positive experience. My only suggestion would be for Enterprise (the company not this particular location) to include an ice scrapper in their vehicles as most people aren't going to have one on hand when renting a car. read more

I had a special request to drop the car off at a different location about 20 miles away, and they were fine with that. The Greensburg people were just as nice, and let me wait in their office until my friend arrived to pick me up. have used this particular Enterprise location at least 5 times since June - three times because a mechanic I used was a slug repairing my vehicle and a couple times for pleasure - everyone at this office is friendly courteous and helpful - It does help to plan a couple days ahead and reserve a vehicle - gone are the days you can just walk in to a rental agency and expect there to be an unreserved rental handy - just a guess but in a real emergency I will bet they'd have you set with wheels in a couple hours - no difference than waiting a few hours for a car to be repaired with an appointment. read more
