The car we reserved wasn't available the morning of our reservation 5/16/2026. The woman working told us to call around a see if we could find one from Austin. Isn't that her job? She promised she'd find us a car and call us back in 15 minutes with a solution, instead she closed up the store and went home. We ended up driving to Enterprise and finding it closed, we then had to find a ride to Austin so we could rent another car for more money. This woman delayed our trip by 5 hours, simply by not even pretending to do her job. Also we counted 12 cars in the parking lot. Why were we not given one of those? Quick in and quick out. It took less than five minutes to pick the car up and even less to drop it off. I have used this enterprise for a long time. I have seen different employees, some good, some not as good. However, I do recommend this place. I would ask people to walk in with a smile and be nice and you should be treated nice back. Welcome to Texas and softball size hail! My insurance works well with enterprise so they set up a car reservation. I called them several times and finally got a live voice. I was told to call back at 4 to see if a car has been turned in. I know, it's Friday and it's almost impossible to get a car. But at 3:30 I started to call. And call. And call. And call. And not once was my phone call even answered. I don't know the end of this story.... But I am hoping for a great ending. In the meantime .... I'm making my 19th call to them. I keep figuring that someone will answer sometime. After repeatedly calling, I still did not get a live voice. I did call an 800 number to see if they have any idea of the car inventory, but they gave me a canned "I'm sorry but apparently they are busy". Yeah well ... it looks like their inventory company wide is very low and the demands very high. I know that's not the individual offices fault, but like Jerry Seinfeld once said "when you have a reservation ...." Anyways. I'll be calling them tomorrow and hope to have a grateful ending. Awful place!! I booked a car at 9am. Never received an appointment time. All I received was a confirmation email stating my reservation was ready. I arrived and Shelby told me they had no vehicles for me. I had to book a vehicle because my company car is being repaired. This vehicle was booked for work purposes. For them to cancel on me when I arrive is simply inexcusable. I would never recommend this place and I would never recommend working with Shelby. Ruined my week. read more

Had an accident that required a rental. Made a reservation for a vehicle with this branch two weeks before we needed it. On the morning we had to take the car in, we called Enterprise to confirm pickup and the guy told us they had no cars to give us. No one called us beforehand and they were unwilling to take us to another Enterprise location for a vehicle. We're going to make us wait all day at their office until they located a vehicle for us. We had to reschedule our appointment at the collision center and drive an hour to pick up a rental from Hertz. read more

I admit when I am wrong and( I'm sure I'm not the only one who has ever cursed). I am ok with them telling me they are not going to rent to me. What I do have a problem with is that they waited to tell me until I was dropped off to pick up my rental. They had 5 days to tell me this but waited until i was there with no ride story to follow : I have used Enterprise in the past, no problems. I went in Thursday May 29th to schedule a rental. The girl (blonde) who was checking me in was very rude!!! And was speaking down to me like I was stupid. First I had to tell her 5 times how to spell my last name. She couldn't find my reservation. Which my insurance company made and gave all details on May 21. Just not the date. So she was asking me questions. I couldn't tell her how long I would need the car, the collision place told me a few days to 30 days. I couldn't remember the name of the collision company. Which since I was picking up not being picked up I don't know why that would matter where I had my car. So being very hateful and rude she says well I am going to have to have more information than this. (not what was said but tone and how it was said) I said I would get the information And come back when I had it. I told her to have a nice day and mumbled b**** When I was going out the door. Got the info and went back in. Said girl was not inside. I said I wanted someone else to wait on me other than her. The older man over in the corner just ignored me. Then the dark haired girl came and was making my reservation date. I told her sorry if I seemed mad but that other girl pissed me off she was being a b****. So she just nodded and I was to come pick up the rental on Tuesday June 4th. I get there and the "manager" some young guy told me they were not going to rent to me because i called one of their employees a bad name. I said I wanted to speak to the manager he said he was. So I am beyond livid by now because they waited until I was stranded to tell me. And I told him that was fine if they didn't rent to me but it was very unprofessional that they didn't tell me last week. That they should have told me last week the very next day after if that was going to be the case. He said he didn't know about it until this morning I told him it was very unprofessional and I told him he was a f****** SOB which I'm sure anyone who is told last minute would be infuriated also. Especially when they have phone and email that that they could have let me know. Instead wait until I am there just to be vindictive And make me have to walk to work. It's simple, you're going to make more money off of someone else! Worst customer service ever. Perhaps when I called the day prior instead of the employee rushing off of the phone , she could have taken time to ensure there were no issues. Neither the manager or his manager was helpful in resolving or offering something else due to having a rural address. The manager would not provide contact information for someone in corporate to speak with. Do NOT use this location. The very last time I had a reservation months ago, they contacted me the day of to let me know they didn't have a vehicle. Hire employees that have better customer relation skills. Supposed to have a car from insurance company, they billed me every single day for a month without calling me or emailing me to let me know my card was being billed due to a max limit being reached on my reservation. They will lie and tell you they did call, only not one voicemail in my phone since July 24th when they called to let me know there was a reservation made!!! I just checked my phone records, and nothing. Absolutely not one call from them whatsoever. So they continued charging my card every day or two and not one thing was said until a month later. This was a card i never use, because obviously I would never think when my insurance company was covering something I would need to worry about this. $2,500+ i am being billed for.....I suggest you stay away from this place and go anywhere else but here. We were treated with complete courtesy at pick-up, drop-off, and during several phone calls. We needed a car while our SUV was in the shop. When the repair time unexpectedly went from one week to three weeks, they worked with us to provide a lower rate. The Ford Fusion they provided was immaculate inside despite having nearly 60,000 miles on the odometer. We cannot imagine a better experience. read more

This is the worst service from a manager, Daniel Bustos, I have ever received from an Enterprise location. Not to mention they wouldn't honor our corporate account pricing. We have been renting from Enterprise for years. I will not be using Enterprise ever again all due to the poor service I received from this location this weekend. Not to mention they gave me a dirty car on the outside. The manager said that's his policy not to let his guys wash cars when it's cold outside. So I had to pay to get it washed myself. We had some issues with our rental coming from Fort Worth to Marble Falls, and had worked with our original store to try and find another rental place as fabulous as they were. Carlos is THE MAN. We arrived on Saturday at 11:40 a.m. to get an exchange, and he was singlehandedly handling 4 different groups of customers, and were were in and out (with a smile, no less) in less than 10 minutes. Far more worried about profits than customer service. We drove four hours to drop a truck off to get serviced, we had a reservation for a car at enterprise which no one saved. We were only offered a single cab truck for three people on a four hour drive. The people immediately after us were offered a minivan, also, but apparently that was not an option for us. We were told none of the other vehicles were allowed to leave town because spring break is in a few weeks. I was always let to believe that their motto was something along the lines of "pick it up and drop it off anywhere {enterprise location}" but apparently that is very wrong. This is the worst Enterprise location I've had the misfortune to experience. The policies are inconsistent and out-dated and the management practices are discriminatory. The manager at this location is on a pathetic power trip and thinks he's God of rental cars. He picks and chooses who to rent cars to and changes the policies as he sees fit. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. My vehicle was damaged in a hail storm and my insurance company set up an appointment for my rental with enterprise. When I picked up the car the kid behind the desk told me there was an insurance fee of 21.99 and a deposit of 50 dollars. Not once was I told it was a daily charge for insurance or I would have declined. Three weeks into the rental I tried to use my card to pay bills and it was declined. After a brief conversation with marble falls enterprise he told me there was nothing that he could do and I would not receive a refund. I explained to him that I was never told it was a daily charge that he had placed me under a huge financial strain. He then began to make it my fault and kept repeating that he had told me. It has been over a month now and corporate refuses to return any of my calls to talk about this issue. My insurance company informed me they have had many complaints about the marble falls enterprise doing this to other customers. I urge all of you reading this to take your business elsewhere they will lie and take your money without a single care about their customers. read more

Here we go again....a few years ago we had an appointment for 9:30am to pick up a vehicle at the Marble Falls, TX, location. The vehicle was not ready until 3:00pm. I called July 2nd, this year, to rent a specific vehicle and they told me they would have one July 5th, after the holiday. I called this morning to see if they had one for me to pick up at 9:30am today, as they had promised, and they don't, and won't have one until the weekend (not sure I believe that either). When a customer reserves a Chevrolet Suburban 2 months in advance, they expect to get what they asked for. However, that's not the case at the Marble Falls Enterprise location. When talking to the manager, I was told "we only have GM products at the premium SUV level". The manager never indicated there were other SUV options, but after arriving for pick up, all they had was Ford products. The woman working the counter then lied to me and said "we don't even offer suburbans", when in fact there are suburbans on their lot regularly. Not only did they not have the vehicle we requested, but upon calling customer service, they couldn't even find the reservation and dismissed the call altogether. I don't know how Enterprise runs their business and I am in no position to suggest anything I have no knowledge about, but I can say that this location was insufficient, handicapped and lacking in all areas of performance. This isn't an opinion coming from one customer; after trying to get advice from neighbors and friends in the area, they also expressed their extreme disappointment in Enterprise. Reservations don't seem to mean much to your company and it is extremely concerning that one of your locations continues to operate at this mediocre level. I would hope a national company would have the resources required to deal with such a predicament. read more
