But once we got that all straightened out, everything was perfect. In fact, it was a minor glitch, and had it not occurred, I'd give them 4*'s! The glitch was that we rented the vehicle online. No biggie, everyone does it. Then I found out that the date of pickup, I'd most likely be at work. Initially I was told that I either had to go back online and switch my reservation to my wife's information, or I had to pick the vehicle up myself. They said they couldn't accept someone else's reservation, other than who made it online. When my wife called over there and got someone else, they said it was no big deal. It turns out that I was at work, and she went over and picked up the vehicle with no issues whatsoever. When we returned the vehicle, we were in and out in about 5 minutes. We dropped off the vehicle, my wife went in (again, because she had to use her credit card because she picked up the vehicle), and that was it. They came out, looked it over, confirmed no damage, and we were on our way. The vehicle was clean, inside and out, and only had a few thousand miles on it. I will definitely be renting from them again.

We came from Florida for a funeral and took the South Shore train from Chicago to East Chicago station and walked over to Enterprise to rent a car (reservations made 2 days prior with a very helpful customer service rep). While on the train I received a phone call that the person driving the car we had planned on renting was not being returned on time. Before I even had time to panic I was assured that there was a different vehicle available upon arrival. The transaction was smooth and easy. When we returned the car to that location the customer service rep dropped us off at the train station. Excellent customer service all around!

She offered to give us two of their 10 seater limos. The wedding party had to split up, which I was really bummed about, but I understand accidents happen. I do wish they had offered a discount due to the inconvenience but all in all I was happy with their service and would use them again.
