I picked the vehicle up on July 23 at approximately 2:30 PM and personally returned it on July 25 at approximately 11:30 AM, with a FULL tank of gas. Despite this, I was charged for a FOUR-DAY rental, and the company is claiming that I returned the vehicle on Monday with an EMPTY tank. That is completely inaccurate. I was not even in possession of the vehicle on Monday. My Expedia reservation clearly shows a two-day rental for July 23-25. I am extremely concerned that their records show a return date and fuel level that do not reflect what actually occurred. I am disputing these additional charges and expect Dollar/Hertz to review the vehicle return records, mileage, fuel records, surveillance footage, and any electronic time stamps associated with this rental and correct my bill. I would strongly recommend that anyone renting from this location take pictures and videos of the vehicle, fuel gauge, mileage, and return location with time stamps when returning the car. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

I added the rental car plate to my tollway account and after I was charged the fees I spent hours on the phone with the tollway to get the required reports to submit to Enterprise to prove that the vehicle was listed on my toll account. Because I had to extend the rental, I had to also extend the dates of the plate on my tollway account. Even though I had proof in the report and received confirmation from the tollway that I should not have been charged, Enterprise refused to submit the claim to the tollway. It makes me think this was very intentional and they just wanted to make more money off of me. I will never use them again.

They were unable to get a tow truck to me quickly stating it would be 2 hours from when they were first notified of this issue and given an address for the driver to meet me at. I then drove roughly 3-4 miles from where I was at to West Bend only to find that the Enterprise is no longer there, luckily the car salesman directed me to where the new spot was 1.5 miles down the road. Since this occurred, I have had no response from the branch on how to rectify this issue and ensure other customers are not put into a dangerous situation due to their gross negligence. This also caused me to miss several scheduled work meetings that I traveled to up from the Dallas area. Terrible service on the vehicles by them and even worse customer service after the incident occurred. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
