I picked the vehicle up on July 23 at approximately 2:30 PM and personally returned it on July 25 at approximately 11:30 AM, with a FULL tank of gas. Despite this, I was charged for a FOUR-DAY rental, and the company is claiming that I returned the vehicle on Monday with an EMPTY tank. That is completely inaccurate. I was not even in possession of the vehicle on Monday. My Expedia reservation clearly shows a two-day rental for July 23-25. I am extremely concerned that their records show a return date and fuel level that do not reflect what actually occurred. I am disputing these additional charges and expect Dollar/Hertz to review the vehicle return records, mileage, fuel records, surveillance footage, and any electronic time stamps associated with this rental and correct my bill. I would strongly recommend that anyone renting from this location take pictures and videos of the vehicle, fuel gauge, mileage, and return location with time stamps when returning the car. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

Since this occurred, I have had no response from the branch on how to rectify this issue and ensure other customers are not put into a dangerous situation due to their gross negligence. This also caused me to miss several scheduled work meetings that I traveled to up from the Dallas area.
