    Couldn't be more disappointed in Enterprise, Car Rental!…read more I recently needed to rent a vehicle for three days and used Enterprise Car Rental on Hudson Drive in Hudson, Ohio. When I turned my rental car in, I did not realize that I had $50 worth of pasta sauce in the back seat. 3 1/2 hours later when I went to put the groceries away, I realized they were in the rental car. (This was late afternoon.). At no time during those 3 1/2 hours, did Enterprise bother to call me to let me know I had left Items in the car. When I called them and asked if they had my groceries, they replied, "yes." I immediately got in my car to get to Enterprise before they closed and gather my items. When I got to the car rental agency, I asked them why there was no phone call? The girl at the front desk, who was visibly put-out, replied; We were going to call you at the end of the day." I did not believe her! I was hoping maybe that she would have said that they were so sorry they had not called me in last 3 1/2 hours. Instead she instructed me to go get my bags that were in a back room. People who rent cars may NOT be in the area where they rented a car at the end of the day. I would hope that as soon as they were aware, Enterprise would call a customer to let them know that they are holding their item(s) for them. My husband was the most surprised by Enterprise's handling of this situation. (You see, for his job, he often uses Enterprise and in turn, recommends them

I told Jon Ruby what car I was looking for - right down to the accessories and trim and he found it for me. By contrast, it took me three months/untold numbers of phone calls to buy my last car and I didn't get exactly what I wanted. I never had to listen to sales pitches for things that would increase the dealer's profit but not the life, value or my enjoyment of my car (extended warranty/undercoating/financing) or any talk of "he'll probably throw your offer in my face, but I'll take it to the sales manager". What I did get was exactly what I wanted for considerably less than I would have paid if I had found it on my own - Jon more than made up for what I paid him in savings alone - plus he handled everything. He also took my car in trade and gave me exactly what Kelly's/Edmunds said it was worth (in trade). I recommend Ruby Auto Group highly - if you're busy, just don't like the car buying experience and want to let an expert negotiate for you.

The floor turned my feet black within ten minutes after we moved in. It was filthy. The carpet was clearly not cleaned before we moved in, broken blinds and a hole in the ceiling. He will tell you that if you clean the place and do the minor repairs etc you will get your deposit back, but in the state of Ohio he doesn't need to show receipts for anything he used your deposit for so he will rip you off.

Shane tried to lie and tell me no one had lived there since him and in years. The electricity that he will try to put in your name is connected to the garage where he stores his crap. Its also connected to the outside safety lights. He will not inform you and he will then use electricity his tenants are paying for without notifying them. The top breaker in the box turns it off, flip it. In apartment C there are holes in the ceiling, water damage and leaking EVERYWHERE. The electricity inside of the apartment will surge out anything plugged into it. The oven provided to me as in accordance to the lease was dangerous and a hazard and it was never replaced. The doors do not fit into the door jams in the least and bugs and cold/hot air comes in freely. If you try to use the three inches of front yard he will yell at you. If his mother shows up, HIDE! She will lie to her son and say you gave her attitude and he will tell you you can go ahead and get out. Take pictures when you leave! Shane did not replace the carpet when we moved in as we had an agreement not to. We told him since we have kids there would be no point, and he stated he would just replace it when we left. It Was damaged with loose strings that would catch in my vacuum, cut out holes, and staining when I moved in. This man is trying to charge me over $1000 to replace a carpet he claims my family damaged after making an agreement with us to not do just that. He also will claim to have the property "cleaned" after you leave, with a running cost of 90$ per hour for 9 hours. The company cleaning? Shrewsberry LLC. HIS MOTHER CLEANS IT! None of this is even to mention allowing people with warrants to hide in the property, attack other tenants, and use the property to slam on the walls and harass tenants. I pressed charges and there are court documents to prove this. The little over a year I spent renting from this man was one of the worst experiences of my life. If you value your peace, time, sanity, and money go literally anywhere else.
