I just need to vent for a minute, while I'm currently STRANDED AT MSP…read more My EC Groome driver never showed! I am currently stranded at MSP. When I booked my return shuttle back to EC from MSP, I called Groome to verify that if I missed my 9:15P shuttle, that I could still get on the 10:45P shuttle. I was told yes, that flight delays happen all the time and that they will just put me on the 10:45P shuttle. Fast forward to today. My flight was delayed due to weather. I called Groome as soon as I was in the airport (this was around 9:30P), no answer, no answering machine, no answering service. I called Groome 7 times. Their automated message says that there is someone available to answer the phones until 10P... that's a load of crap. So I waited for the 10:45P shuttle. In the meantime, Groome Rochester showed up, and I asked that driver if the EC Groome driver would still show up, even if there were no registered rides for the 10:45P (I did tell this driver about missing my first shuttle due to flight delays). This driver said yes, that the EC Groome driver would be here for the 10:45P pick up, even if no one was registered for a pick up. So I waited. At 11:05, I gave up waiting for EC Groome (because I didn't feel safe being a pregnant woman completely alone in a parking area waiting for a shuttle that wasn't coming - what if something bad happened to me while waiting for the driver that was clearly not coming... does Groome have the liability insurance to cover that??). So I went back to the baggage claim area to call my husband and figure out how I was going to get home. Had someone from Groome bothered to answer their damn phone, and told me that they weren't coming to the 10:45P pick up, then I would have hopped on one of the hotel shuttles before they ended for the night, gotten a room for the night, and a rental car in the morning when things opened back up. This is absolute trash.

Kelsy is extremely knowledgeable and made my weekend by delivering the new ZT150 days earlier than promised on a busy Friday. Very pleasant and nice to work with, he was awesome. I have to mention years ago on one of the snowiest winters ever, owner Randy G loaded up a new snowblower and delivered it in unbelievable conditions, having to snow blow his way up to our front door! Good luck finding that kind of personal service anywhere else. And after doing some online comparisons, the new Cub Cadet zero-turns are hard to beat! More like a heavy duty dune buggy! I have rented riding movers from All Seasons in Hudson about every three weeks in the summer months…read morefor the past three years, since my tractor died. One would think I would be considered a valuable repeat customer. Not the case. On July 2nd, I rented a riding mover for 4 hours. Per their requirements, I totally hosed down the equipment before I returned it. During the 10 minute drive back to their location, the water on the mower deck dried, and looked rainwater dirty. The employee (I think its the owners son) accused me of not cleaning off the tractor, and said he was charging me $35 for not cleaning the machine. We had words. He was extremely rude from the moment I arrived until I departed. I went into the office and spoke to whom I believe is the wife of the owner. She was polite and said she would check me back in, I assumed with no additional charge. Wrong again, as I just saw a charge on my CC for an additional $35, for what would have taken 4 squirts of 409, and a paper towel. While I had seen many negative reviews directed towards this business in the past, I have always had a positive experience. It just takes one person, and a management that would support it by allowing the additional charge to change all that. While I've probably brought $2,000 worth of rentals over the past three summers, I won't be back, and I suggest you stay away as well.

They are not trustworthy. Took my car in for an alignment n to see why my back tire was wearing. As…read moreI had put on four brand new tires about 12,000 miles ago. They told me I needed front brakes immediately. Little did they know that I had just changed the all brakes/rotors so they were brand new. Told me my back shocks were bad and leaked out all the oil. Is why my one back tire was wearing. (ridiculous !!) And they would not warranty this new tire if I did not change the shocks. (why would a tire be warranty for wear anyway?) At this point, I did not trust them. So I paid for the alignment and a new tire and left. Checked my shocks. They had great resistance and there was no oil leaked out. Though they were rusty, but still great working condition as should be. The alignment they had done was bad as my steering wheel was sitting at 11 o'clock instead of straight up. I took it back in. They did the alignment again. And then told me that I needed four new tires is the reason the alignment went out right away. (it did not go out right away, it was bad from the second. I drove it off their lot because it was not done properly in the first place.) This guy should have at least looked at their history before telling me that I need for brand new tires to see that they had just put on a brand new tire two weeks ago. They lie and use scare tactics to have you do a service that you do not need. I would never go back. And I would never recommend them to anyone. As I sat and waited for them to redo the alignment, anyone that picked up their vehicle in that hour and a half, they were told that they needed this and needed that. So it is common practice for them to do this to everyone. I mean come on, why would they tell me I need to change my front brakes immediately when there was absolutely no wear at all on them because they were literally brand new. Had someone else look at my vehicle. The rear axle was pushed over to the side a a little bit. They fixed the problem. I borrowed my vehicle a lot to people who need it. Someone must've smashed a curb. Anyway, was the reason for that black Tire wearing. That is why I took my vehicle into St. Croix automotive in the first place. But was absolutely nothing that they did to have a solution for the problem that I actually had. All this makes me wonder if they actually change peoples oil and filter. Or just say they did, and charge them.

This review is for CROIXLAND CLEANING CENTER…read more This establishment is a combination laundromat, dry cleaner and car wash. I needed a self service car wash and pulled into an empty bay. There was a coin slot and credit card reader on the control panel, neither of which worked. Note that there is a $5 minimum posted on the card reader. The coin window was blank. I went around to the entry again and found a bay which was wet so I assumed it was operational. Again there was a label on the card reader with the $5 minimum. The coin display was blank. (I later learned that there should have been a scrolling $5 minimum. Had I known, I would have left because I did not want to spend that much to wash the car myself). I entered $2 worth of quarters and nothing happened. I went into the office and told the man what had happened. He said there is a $5 minimum on both coins and cards and took me to another bay which did have the scrolling display. I told him that the bay I was in had a blank display when I started to which he replied "Why do they always lie?" I asked for my $2 back and he told me to "Fu*k off" and walked away. I would never support a business that treats a paying customer this way, so I left and will never go back for any of their services.
