Review (On the Spot Detailing)…read more I've been a loyal customer here for years, coming almost weekly, and after this experience, I will never return. I purchased a gift certificate for an interior detail and tried to upgrade to a full detail by paying the difference. Instead, I was told I couldn't because the gift card was "discounted," and I would only get what I paid -- even though the certificate clearly states a value of $189. Completely misleading and honestly feels like a scam. When I tried to question it, the cashier told me to "shut up" while she called the manager. Completely unacceptable. Then the manager/owner came over and matched that same energy -- sarcastic, dismissive, and more interested in arguing than actually helping or resolving anything. And on top of all of that, the detailing job itself was subpar. My carpet is still visibly dirty, and most of it looks like it wasn't even touched -- likely just covered by a mat instead of actually being cleaned. After years of supporting this business consistently, this is how I was treated. Disrespectful staff, poor-quality work, and zero accountability. They didn't just lose a customer -- they lost someone who supported them weekly for years.

We went here to get my Mom's car detailed prior to selling it…read more They did a great job with the paint correction and where scratches were able to be buffed out they removed them. Having painted cars, I knew some were too deep to be fixed without paint repair. The interior upholstery extraction was very thorough. Overall, the quality of work was excellent and the price for what was done was reasonable. Thank you!

Car Spa in Rosemount is a solid go to for keeping your car clean. I love that they offer both self…read moreservice wash bays and an automatic drive through, so you can choose based on how much time or effort you want to put in. The prices are great, the place is always clean, and everything actually works, which is not always a given with self service washes. The bays are well maintained and the automatic wash is convenient when you just want to get in and out quickly. Having both options in one location makes this spot especially nice. Whether you want to do a detailed clean yourself or just need a fast wash, Car Spa is reliable and easy to use. Definitely a great local option in Rosemount.

Wow, I am super impressed with this car wash! If you are looking for a great car wash spot,…read moreespecially one that offers a great interior cleaning, this is the best value in the entire Twin Cities! I got the "car spa" interior service and then a normal exterior wash. The exterior wash was fine, a bit better than other auto car washes, but just a bit better. However, the interior cleaning was amazing, especially for $60ish. Sure, you can probably get a slightly better deep cleaning at a detailing service, but that will cost you $200 or more. For $60, they vacuumed everywhere, cleaned all of the seats and dashes, and made the floor mats look spotless. It was a complete transformation. And it all only took about 45 minutes (there's a great coffee shop a couple blocks away, look at my reviews for info about that while you wait). If you are looking for a great value interior car cleaning, this is your spot!
