I suppose not, wonder if these are full service pumps. Not seeing any signs I just did my own labor and they offered to wash my windshield. I haven't seen a service offer like this in a long time, probably before the employee was born! The pumps have plenty of space so we don't have to bend anyone's fender on the way in or out. Easy to exit to the ridiculously busy Rice Street.

Unfortunately, it was not possible to repair the tire. They offered me options that were all reasonable. They were conscientious about my limited budget and offered to sell me a used tire. After removing my severely damaged tire they quickly mounted the tire. I so appreciate their quick attention and courtesy. I live out of town otherwise I would switch my business to Tom's!

Wow, I am super impressed with this car wash! If you are looking for a great car wash spot,…read moreespecially one that offers a great interior cleaning, this is the best value in the entire Twin Cities! I got the "car spa" interior service and then a normal exterior wash. The exterior wash was fine, a bit better than other auto car washes, but just a bit better. However, the interior cleaning was amazing, especially for $60ish. Sure, you can probably get a slightly better deep cleaning at a detailing service, but that will cost you $200 or more. For $60, they vacuumed everywhere, cleaned all of the seats and dashes, and made the floor mats look spotless. It was a complete transformation. And it all only took about 45 minutes (there's a great coffee shop a couple blocks away, look at my reviews for info about that while you wait). If you are looking for a great value interior car cleaning, this is your spot!

Review (On the Spot Detailing)…read more I've been a loyal customer here for years, coming almost weekly, and after this experience, I will never return. I purchased a gift certificate for an interior detail and tried to upgrade to a full detail by paying the difference. Instead, I was told I couldn't because the gift card was "discounted," and I would only get what I paid -- even though the certificate clearly states a value of $189. Completely misleading and honestly feels like a scam. When I tried to question it, the cashier told me to "shut up" while she called the manager. Completely unacceptable. Then the manager/owner came over and matched that same energy -- sarcastic, dismissive, and more interested in arguing than actually helping or resolving anything. And on top of all of that, the detailing job itself was subpar. My carpet is still visibly dirty, and most of it looks like it wasn't even touched -- likely just covered by a mat instead of actually being cleaned. After years of supporting this business consistently, this is how I was treated. Disrespectful staff, poor-quality work, and zero accountability. They didn't just lose a customer -- they lost someone who supported them weekly for years.
