I returned a car this morning and I accidentally left my money in the middle car compartment. It was a 100 dollar bill, I was on my way with my daughter to pick up her car after returning the rental not even in 10 mins of driving I realized that I had left my money in the car and I called them and they said oh there is no money. The cleaning person stole my 100 dollar bill, I have no way to prove that my money was in there. It was my grocery money as I was going to get groceries after picking up my daughter's car. That 100 dollar will not even last for 1 day for that person who stole it from me but it's pretty pathetic and how low of a character can someone hold to just keep someone money. I used Priceline for a discount to rent a truck from enterprise rent a car in Marianna, Florida. I paid previously for damage collusion through priceline's (Rental Cover.com) for damage and collusion except enterprise rent a car added their damage insurance to my agreement disguised as (DW/CDW optional). $203.94 When I said I already have damage insurance the agent said don't worry my money will be credited back to my credit card, They hold over $1,000.00 pending until the truck is returned. I returned the truck and agreed to pay $320.00 for a different location drop off point. BUT they LIED and strung me along for several weeks saying they would try to return the damage insurance waiver of $203,94. I escalated my complaint to their customer service that I have proof of damage insurance before the rental agreement BUT again they say they'll call back with a regional manager that doesn't happen. It's been 2 months and I still haven't received my due credit of $203.94. This is automated charge they use to scam customers that they have NO intention of giving the money back. I recommend not using this business because of their misleading charges and how their representatives lie to customers... 2 months I'm still waiting for a "regional manager to resolve this fraudulent charge. read more

I understand that there is a car shortage right now and business is tough in a Covid environment. But this enterprise location is difficult to do business with. First, I don't fault them for a low selection of cars, if you look at any car lot, there are no cars right now....I get it and no issue. But they never answer the phone, and I can't order a ride in the app. As I type this message I am sitting in the waiting room listening to the business phone ring at this location. With 5 customers waiting in the lobby, and NO ONE at the front desk. The last time I rented here they never gave me a receipt either. I think I'll try another enterprise location. The last two rentals here took an app reservation, 3 calls to the branch (which were never answered) And two trips to the branch physically for each rental. I just don't have the time to do business with this place. read more

Staff was terrific and very personable. After hearing my truck was in the shop, they quickly put me in a lovely truck Also, the truck was immaculate and had obviously been Covid-cleaned. When I returned, they were slammed with late-Friday returns, yet they took care of me and I was in my way in minutes. I wish I could take the staff with me everywhere! read more

GREAT customer service. Michael and Garret were awesome....HOWEVER that office smells HORRIBLE!! It seems a bad smell was being masked by a strong fragrant chemical. I developed a head ache within minutes of being there. The guys indicated a mold issue in the building. What horrible conditions to work in. I felt terrible for them. read more

Our company has a corporate account with Enterprise and We have an awesome relationship with a location in Pennsylvania. The vehicle that we rented in Pennsylvania had issues and we went to the location at 6115 FM 1960 Rd W, Houston, TX 77069. Without getting into the situation, let me just say they were HORRIBLE!!! Customer Service Skills went out the window. They were rude and condescending versus a Solution Provider considering all of the business that we give Enterprise in a given year. I normally stay close to this specific office but I will never ever ever ever use this location again. read more

If I can give a negative star I would. I rented a car from this location Tuesday of last week. Before I got into the car. The agent who helped me tried to add on the extra insurance and charge me for something that if I didn't look at I would have been charged for. So, I told her I didn't want it. So "apparently" she removed it and I would be charged for it. Then, I needed my rental for a few extra days, called the insurance company to tell them and they said they would contact the location and update the account. Went to drop off the car and they said they were charging for the extra days and "insurance" that I never agreed to. The store manager said that I would have to take it up w the insurance company for the refund. He didn't say I was going to get charged for it immediately. So an hour later I check my account. Sure enough I was charged. Along w the "deposit". So I called my insurance to clear things up. Latronn the store manager calls be back around 10am and says he'll take care of t and will get the agent that helped me to call me to speak about the "extra" charges within 10 minutes of our call. It's been 72 hours and no one has called me. I am currently on hold for 15 minutes as I type this. I spoke w customer service wendsday and was told I would get a call from the area manager within 24 hours. It's Friday. 135pm. No one has called. BTW someone picked up. Latronns on vacation until next Saturday. Good leadership. Latronn. Not fixing all the problems at your location before you leave or assigning them to anyone to make sure things are taken care off. I've managed 3 shops 30+ employees and started my own company the past 6 years and made sure all my customers are taken care of before I take a few days off. Do not go to this location. If I could rate this Enterprise it would be negative five. My car broke, I was towed to the auto shop and they called Enterprise for me. I asked the agent about a weekend rate and was treated like a fool, because they don't have weekend rates and on the summer. I was shown the white dodge Colt and I proceeded to the hospital to visit my dad. Two hours after I rented the car, I went to leave the hospital. I called the Enterprise auto rescue because the key fob was defective, I was told by an extremely rude person that I would have to pay $59.00 to have the car towed to the airport. I asked to speak with her supervisor and was put on hold. After fifteen minutes I called the rental agent and was told that a tow truck was to be dispatched in 45 minutes along with a person with a new car. At 7:00 p.m. No one had arrived. I called Uber and within 8 minutes they were at the hospital to pick me up. I called Enterprise and was put on hold again. It seems the policy is to wait on the person in front of them first. I was told the agent was alone, and he would call me back. He never called me back. I will tell the auto shop that directed me to Enterprise what happened and at that time will recommend Uber, whose driver was extremely nice and the ride was $8.48. read more

I rented a car through my insurance. They said, they were limited on cars due to flooding in the area. I said I just wanted a car that my insurance would cover. I am single and the only one that uses my car. They said they had A Toyota Siena, if that was okay. I said, I don't know what that is, but I guess it will be fine. Then he said, I would be responsible for the taxes my insurance did not pay. I said I have never heard of that, is that new. He said they do not cover taxes. He was standing in my driveway when the associate told me this. I had no idea that this was a total scam. When I returned the car I asked him about the taxes, and he said, you had an up grade car that your insurance didn't cover. I never asked for a upgrade, didn't want an upgrade. If they had told me the whole story I would not have take this 8 passenger van. Taxes on that car were almost $60 a week. This is a total BS read more
