The…read morereview was replied to by Lisa S (business manager) asking me to reach out to them at some email with my contact information and I did so that same day,10/6 and over a week has passed without a reply. To top it off, I was also later charged with a fuel charge when I have video of both pick up and drop of of the fuel AND a receipt showing the gas purchase with location, date and time stamp of just a few minutes prior to dropping the vehicle back off. I did call them about this and they did refund me that part but goodness, please pay more attention to detail and at least have the courtesy to reply when you ask a customer to email you.

I must be honest and admit I've never just walked up and rented a car, but have always reserved one online and had the car waiting for me promptly at the location. Every personal of Budget has very kindly gone over the terms and conditions each time. Once they confirm everything in their system, and before handing you the keys, they give you a walk through of the vehicle before getting in it. I have yet to come across with any problems with any of the rentals. They have several options from extra cover on the vehicle to GPS to a fueling service- all very convenient.

Service has always been friendly, but often slow, considering it's a small usually only 2-person…read morelocation. They often seem to be short on cars or waiting for them to come in and then quickly cleaning them out for a fast turnaround. Most cars I've gotten have been decent, but not always perfectly clean. Considering the size of the location and the staff, I guess you can't expect too much. The lobby is small with a few chairs on each side, but even the chairs and floors, the day I went, could use some cleaning. Just don't be in a hurry when visiting this location.
