Every personal of Budget has very kindly gone over the terms and conditions each time. Once they confirm everything in their system, and before handing you the keys, they give you a walk through of the vehicle before getting in it. I have yet to come across with any problems with any of the rentals. They have several options from extra cover on the vehicle to GPS to a fueling service- all very convenient.
