Colin and Chase were great to work with. I was pretty much in and out. Well... almost. Chase stepped away to grab the car we'd be using, so we waited about 10 minutes. This has been one of the worst experiences i have ever encountered. Things started off great the representative Christina i believe was in charge of my rental. She was a charismatic and charming individual and she got me a rental after i had gotten into an accident. She even gave me a free upgrade on my car. Everything seemed fine i had my rental for about week. Things started going down hill after i returned my car. I had deposited 100 dollars for the rental itself and was told i would receive my money back after 2-3 business days after i return my car. I returned it may 2 and so expected my deposit to be returned by may 7 or 8 at the latest. That wasn't the case though as a week had passed since i returned the car and the date was may 12 and i still did not receive my deposit. This got even worst when i got another charge from enterprise for 325 dollars. No explanation whatsoever and i did not consent to this at all. So i gave this enterprise a call and Christina said that it was something on their end about how the person that i returned my car with had gotten fired. This explanation honestly dint make any sense with me but she said she would return all my money plus 30 dollars for the inconvenience. Keep in mind i had returned the car may 2 and when i called enterprise again it was may 12 so its been about a week or so and instead of getting my money back i was charged with something else. I finally got my money back on may 14 after i called numerous times to check on what is going on. The final straw was when i was charged again on the may 14 for a toll that i never took. I was charged 6 dollars for a toll that took place on may 5 but keep in mind i returned my car on may 2. This absolutely was the worst experience i have ever had renting a car and this was all happening after my car accident so this just added to my ongoing stress. I hope no one ever has to go through this and i would not recommend coming to this place to rent a car. P.S. Christina told me she gave me 30 dollars on top of the money that was taken out of my account but i never received that either. read more

A bunch of thieves here. It was a big mistake to have gone here. As I now read those reviews how they try to steal money from you as much as possible, it's exactly the experience I had. They lie to you, tell you that "the only car we have is xxx" so you can give them some extra money for nothing. THiEVES. They just try to get your credit card so they can steal your money without you authorizing. If you ask them they tell you all sorts of flimsy excuses why they charge your credit card. DON'T GO HERE. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. I'll never never rent from them. An insurance company reserved a car for me. I went there and the guy told me the only car they had was a sports car and that I need to pay about $10 extra. Because I needed a car so badly as my car was already at the mechanic, I said I'm willing to pay extra. But I realized my ID was not with me so I went to get it. When I came back the man then said the sports car they had is taken ; a lie because he had earlier said that everything is set and I just needed to bring my ID and drive off. He then said that now the only car they had was an SUV and that I need to pay about $9 out of pocket. He got my credit card and charged me $65, told me because the insurance company had got me the car for 7 days he will get the extra charge for 7 days also but he will refund the rest to me if I return the car earlier. I brought back the car the next day, they were already closed. Rather than refund me, the next day I rather saw another charge of $64. When I called to ask why they're still charging my card they gave all sorts of flimsy excuses. I totally regret going here. I'll never try again, NEVER read more

I have tried for SEVERAL weeks to get an answer/response and to get a charge removed from my credit card. I have all the logs of the attempted calls and emails, and am pissed off with the run around I have been given. I am now filing a dispute with my credit card company. I was charged 3 additional days for a car I dropped off after closing on June 21st on Friday. The car was supposed to be returned Friday, which it was (although technically late since ether were closed), so it doesnt make sense why they would charge us Saturday and Sunday when they were open Saturday. Here's the kicker: we were on our way back from Dallas when we realized the Enterprise location we were dropping the car off would be closed, as we would get there after 6 (I was told I was able to drop off the car at any non-airport location), so we called in advance if we could drop the car off at no charge and they said yes it's okay someone will also call you tomorrow (and nobody ever did). If they told us they were going to charge us, we would have dropped it at another location on the way back from Dallas and not been late. So it doesnt make any sense they are charging me 3 days when the car was still returned (and apparently, never believe an Enterprise employee). Literally, the keys were in the drop box and the car was IN FRONT OF THE STORE. We have pictures and the car was returned in good position. I am sick of the BS excuses and run around I have been given dealing with Enterprise. DO NOT trust their word and make sure you document everything. Take pictures, record videos, and all the works. read more

This applies to this specific location as well as to Enterprise in general. I had a reservation through my insurance company. I got to the branch to learn that having a reservation number does NOT mean you have a car waiting. The agent on duty (didn't get a name, but he was working alone on Saturday, August 31, 2019) assured me he had cars. After waiting an hour, I asked again and he changed his response to, "we MAY be getting cars." I called the reservation center and asked if they had any way to know which branches actually had cars available. They told me no. They said they could only give me the numbers of the branches and I would have to call each one individually to find out if they had any cars available. I should have listened to them. Instead I escalated it to a manager (I think they call it an escalation center) and Meagan told me that they certainly could tell which branches had cars available. She gave me another branch in my general vicinity. When I showed up there they had no cars available and laughed when I told them that the call center had told me that they could see if the branch had cars available. The agent at that branch told me, "they will always tell you we have cars available. That doesn't mean we do." Being too stubborn to give up, I called back to the call center and asked to speak to someone in the escalation center. That person told me that they depend on the local branches to update the inventory and to indicate when they are "sold out." I asked if there was anyone who could accept input from a customer about the fact that the call centers do not have accurate and timely information. She told me no. At that point I gave up. There comes a time when you just have to admit defeat. In this case Enterprise defeated me. However, at least I know now to spend my money elsewhere. read more

They did not honor nor did they even indicate any concern about honoring my reservation. The entire experience was a fiasco which cost me dearly. Never again will I use Enterprise. Two other locations were just as worthless and customer service failed as well. Enterprise lost my trust for good. read more

The customer service provided was excellent. Had a reservation booked at a different Enterprise location that was not handled properly and these guys did everything in their power to make sure we were taken care of and had a decent vehicle for our trip. This is officially my location of choice for my car rentals. read more

Don't ever go here the manager Cornell and his staff is very rude and unprofessional.they never have any of the cars we reserved on line.they always put the customers in bigger vehicles once they get there they tell you they ran out of cars this is all we have. So they can steal from customers by making us take a higher price vehicle we didn't reserve on line by.stop stealing our money to make your store look like it's making a lot of money fair and square,when in reality you're cheating customers out of xtra money.they really need to get rid of that hustler manager name Cornell they got, he is very rude.and he beverage smile.if they keep Cornell around to long.that location will close down because everyone I know always talk about how bad that location is.and how they don't care for Cornell the so called manager oh no I love this location,I hate the location on Westheimer and Shadow Briar the manager there Cornell is who I'm talking about read more
