Went in a week later with $1000 and my title, just to be told they would need $3000 and my trade in. ALL without a test drive to boot! The saleslady Alex, was great, but I believe the financial person is all in for a money grab and to take advantage of those needing their vehicles. Seeing someone walk in with an amount previously agreed on just to try and squeeze MORE out, totally unprofessional and WRONG. The funny thing is the salesman I spoke with during the first interaction, said the deal was good for 30 days. NOPE, not here!!! Be VERY WARE of this place if you attempt to do business with them.

My mother walked in the store, and there were two…read moreemployees. one was a man and one was a lady with dark hair. the lady said "hello". to me, saying hello to customers is standard and indicates they see you in the store. My mother walked up the man and began to ask him a question because no one was standing in front of him. the lady said "he is with a customer, that's why i said hello". first of all, that's totally fine that he is helping someone else. she was in no rush and said "oh i'm sorry" and walked over the woman. when she arrived at the woman, the employee said AGAIN "that's why i said hello, he was with someone". now come on, that's overkill. she was rude and rolled her eyes like my mom had done something crazy. i've never heard of hello meaning "come to me". usually the words, "i'm open, how can i help you" indicate that? my mom simply took her business somewhere else and didn't argue because there's no reason for that. Lets not be rude, to be rude.

With this latest visit I get hit with over $10k in recommended maintenance and repairs. I took it to another shop I trust and they found many of the repair items aren't actually in need of replacement/broken/damaged (and in addition the maintenance items they quoted were 25% higher than where I ended up having these items done...tells you a lot about their pricing). From one oil change, their reputation has gone from above average, to double-negatives. In short, at this point, they're looking to take you for whatever money they can squeeze out of you.

It's rare to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but these folks have earned it -- no upselling, no pressure, just straightforward explanations and quality work. Their prices are reasonable, and you always feel like they're looking out for you rather than their bottom line. If you're looking for a dependable, trustworthy mechanic who genuinely cares about their customers, this is the place. I'm grateful to have them in the community and won't take my car anywhere else.

Six months after the service was performed, I received a call from the owner threatening collections. There had been no invoice, no bill; nothing that alerted me that our bill had not been settled in full (we had recently purchased a new home and the title company was supposed to pay the company directly, but wires got crossed and things didn't happen that way). When I called, the receptionist alerted me that there would be a late fee applied, to which I was pretty frustrated. LITERALLY NO CONTACT had been made with me for six months and my replies to their phone contact were instant. They threatened first with collections and then with a lien on my property before even having a conversation with me...terrible business practice. After giving my information to the receptionist, it turns out that the zip code they were trying to run through the credit card machine was wrong. Had they called with a different attitude instead of threats, then the whole threatening process could have been avoided. I understand the need to hard ball people who haven't paid, but without warning and/or communication? Ridiculous. I will be looking for another carpet cleaning company the next time I need service.
