Though my wife and I are experienced travelers, we wanted some help planning our trip as we have less time with two little girls at home. Dea worked with us to understand our needs, goals, and budget to help create our itinerary. She picked beautiful rooms at wonderful hotels, told us great places to go, and was communicative throughout the entire process. This agency is highly organized and professional. We always felt like we were in good hands. We enjoyed getting to know Dea and will absolutely be reaching out for all of our future vacations! Thank you so much for helping to make our trip so memorable

A beach city and a smaller town in the jungle. Kristin suggested two completely different and awesome hotels to completer the full experience, one on the beach, and a tent in the jungle. It was very useful to have the advice of someone who knew how to find what we wanted to do and book the daily activities for us. He had a car full of women who were feeling "good" and he was kind, courteous and a perfect gentleman. The 6 of us went to a hip hop concert somewhere downtown. It had to be 30 degrees outside. He let us out right in front of the door. Confirmed what time the show would be over and was right out front at the end of the show. Here is our back story, we had a group of 12 people going to a concert at the Sprint Center on 12/5, so lots of planning had gone in to our evening out as we live over 30 minutes from Sprint Center. We bought the tickets over 3 months ago and booked and paid in full a limo with (GROSS-will never use again) VIP Limo in KC. Reminder: PAID IN FULL more than a month in advance. Come 5pm when we were supposed to be picked up, no one showed up. We were told they were booked solid and we were out of luck. My brother found Hobson's Limousine's phone number (thank goodness for that) and he was there within an HOUR. He was one of the nicest and most caring people I have ever met. He made sure we were comfortable and had the best time. I will forever use this company and would suggest it to anyone who asked. Mike was incredible and this company is the one to go with!!!! In the end, we were thankful for the mishap with the other company, because now we know who to use the first time, every time! :)

Additionally, I dont have to worry about paying those ridiculous Uber and Lyft surge prices in order to get back to my office.
