I authorized Enterprise to charge me for four days of supplemental insurance with the understanding they would contact me to authorize any future charges. They charged me for an extended period of ten days after, with no authorization. They refused to reimburse me, and I had to file a fraud charge with the bank. Do not use this location is my best advice. You cant talk to anyone over the phone, you sit on hold for hours. You have to physically go into the location to deal with anyone. I rented a car online and was planning to pick it up once I landed at 4:40. Turned out my flight was delayed because of weather. I called Enterprise about 1:00 and told Kennedy (the lady who answered the phone) that my plane was now scheduled to land at 5:48 pm but I could be there by 6:15. She said they closed at 6 and no one would be available. i asked if they could deliver the car to the airport. she didn't think so. i asked her if I could prepay over the phone and pick up the car the next morning. She said she didn't know but would talk to a supervisor and call me back within an hour. no return call. i called back, couldn't get through. i landed and tried calling immediately. i was on hold for 12 minutes, until they closed. I had my Uber driver take me there. No one was there. My Uber driver took me back the next morning. They didn't have a car for me. Kennedy, you should be fired. When you say you will call someone back, you should do it. i would never hire you to work for my company. Awful. I will never use Enterprise again. read more

Worst worst experience ever. Is this a stand alone Enterprise? This place is so generic. Gross, cheap, dirty, smoke cars. Refused to rent and locked me out LOL. They know nothing about renting cars and so slow. Old smelly cars. From other reviews it was a miracle they refused me service because the piece of crap old car would have probably broken down like all these on the reviews. Not your typical Enterprise. Only open 8-6..... no drop off and closed on Sunday. No pick up and drop offs. Small building and very small lot for rentals. Every time we have rented they do not have our reserved car. They do give you a choice as to upgrading or taking something less. Cars are always clean, but never have the gas they say in them. Do not go to this location! Very rude!! I had an issue with my rental car and since I was in the area I decided to stop in and ask for some help. All the lady would say is "I cannot help you, there is nothing I can do for you!" When I asked about roadside assistance, she made it seem like I would be stranded if they towed the car. She said there was no guarantee I would get a replacement vehicle. Not a good feeling to have when you're 11 hours from home! She made it seem like I was an inconvenience for her and didn't want to give me the roadside assistance number. Terrible customer service! Through roadside assistance I was able to get a replacement vehicle in Pensacola (which their customer service is on point!!)Even my Uber driver said never go to the Foley location. TERRIBLE and very annoying process of just trying to reserve a car. I called and tried to reserve one, and was sent a confrontation number for my reservation. About an hour or 2 later they call back to say that they have no vehicles. The following day I tried to book one online, got a confirmation again and received another phone call saying sorry no cars. This morning I tried again, even spoke to someone there at the store, where he told me they had a vehicle. He told me everything was set and a shuttle would pick me up at 12. I got yet ANOTHER call saying there's no cars. So incredibly frustrating, and the system they use needs to be seriously looked into. Don't recommend enterprise in foley Al at All. read more

Picked up the car and got treated like an inconvenience. Guy kept asking me if I'd ever rented from enterprise and after assuring him several times, I finally told him I was a platinum member. He still asked again. Tried getting a ride home twice. Was forced to keep the car for an extra day because "we just don't have the staff". I'm a platinum member and they couldn't even offer me any discount on the extra day or anything for the inconvenience. Guess I'll just go back to renting from PNS. I'd rather drive 45 minutes to be treated like a customer than go around the corner to deal with people who very obviously hate their job. read more

I am a frequent client of Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Foley Alabama. Recently, I had the opportunity to rent a car from Casey and his crew. Once again, Casey, the manager exceeded all my expectations! His crew of Daniel, Dillon, & Derrick, would do well to learn from Casey and his leadership style if they aspire to be an outstanding manager someday. The one thing that keeps me coming back to enterprise is Casey and his team. Customer Service is number one and they make sure that their customers are well taken care of. One more thing... Now that Covid has been determined not to be transmitted by touch, I would like to see Enterprise bring back their nighttime drop boxes. They will charge you unforeseen charges and try their best to sell you extra insurance coverage that you may not need if you are already covered with under your insurance carrier. They lie with each breath they take in my opinion. A business as this one should cater more to the customer with empathy instead of the .., you just had a accident so here is your rental car with all the additional charges I took out just for you sir. here at enterprise we talk fast and charge you for things you don't need because we realize you've already been in a accident and financially ruined by it so we are here to help with that. It was amazing service and had a car when I had to get one on the same day, and gave me a free upgrade when they didn't have the car in the lot. the workers were great, and made sure that I was good to go before I even left the parking lot. If I could put double negative I would! This place is a joke. We rented a car and it had zero oil in it. On the way from Kentucky to Alabama we stopped two times and added oil because the car told us low oil. Then when we got to our final destination we checked oil after sitting a while and it didn't register on the dip stick. So, again we bought more. In the mean time we have called enterprise and they documented about the oil and husband was told he would take care of us. So we are now at Gulf Shores Alabama and decided let's go to this enterprise and see if they had a car for us, we were then instructed to go to Pep boys to get oil cha ge on them. So, we did as told and they approved it. After being there over an hr they tell us it's still leaking, so the guys at Pep Boys told us to call them to get another car. At this time I'm very upset . I call and the Manager Casey MacDonald tells me he has no cars and we can drive the car w a oil leak clearly all the way to Pensacola Airport. WHAT???? Your putting my family at danger and don't care less? What kind of customer service is this???. HELL NO ILL NEVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISE AGAIN. They will fix this one. THESE GUYS ARE SKETCHY AS HELL!!!!!! Last month I got a rental from this Enterprise shop through my insurance. My car was getting worked on at the local collision shop and needed a rental for about a week. I got the rental with no issues and the very next day I received a phone call from this shop. I was informed that my vehicle was considered a "total loss" and would be sending my info to the Enterprise car sales division in Pensacola. My anxiety went through the roof as I paid my car off and didn't want to get into another car payment. I called the local collision shop and even my insurance to get further information about this total loss of my vehichle. Nowhere in their records have they ever considered my car as a "total loss" at all. Even the collision shop told me my car was fine and was being worked on. I left it at that and later I received a phone call from the Enterprise Pensacola car sales division. As I was explaining the situation about my car not being a total loss through my insurance I was immediately hung up. DO NOT GO TO THIS ENTERPRISE SHOP. They will send your information to other people and give you misinformation. It was super unprofessional and again gave me anxiety over a car that I thought I had lost. In general I have rented Enterprise before with no issues but this particular location I wouldn't do business ever again. I finally picked up my car at the collision shop and explained the situation about this Enterprise shop. I reserved an automobile calling the local Foley number and got someone not from that office who assured me Foley had an automobile After paying someone to drive me to the location (Enterprise no longer picks up) I was informed there where no cars available. Now after paying money to be stranded I walked a block to 4-Lane Auto Sales who had one car for one day which was what I needed. I will never reserve an auto with Enterprise again. Zero stars. Forget the extra mile, staff won't even go the first one. I've called them maybe 30 or 40 times during their open hours and no answer, occasionally they will just hang up the phone so it stops ringing. Haven't ever had a good experience with them the times I have actually gotten ahold of them. Workers are rude majority of the time and they don't have the cars that you book. Have rented from enterprises all over the country probably 50 times or more and this place has lost my business for all of them. read more

So not very satisfied with the service. my fiancé and I had to get a rental due to the dealer ship needing to fix some stuff on our vehicle . Our salesman took my fiance up there and signed for it to be with the dealership. (we still had to leave a $50 hold incase of damages) . Well after our salesman left the lady told my fiancé (not ask) told him he had to get the $20/$22 insurance. and with common sense you know when you are buying from a dealer you Have to have full coverage!! She knowingly told him and did not ask if he wanted to use his own. she knew she could get over on him. Well we were told only $50 and it ended up being over $250. so when I dropped the car off to my salesman to return it is when we found all this info out . great job lady, good way to get over on my fiancé knowing we had insurance and you wanted to get extra money from the rental. I haven't rented from Enterprise in YEARS!!!! And today's experience tells me why. I can't stand this rental place. Due to American Airlines who is (equally as bad), cancel and switch my flight to another airport, Enterprise charges me an additional $100 "drop off" fee??? Who cares about the customer as they don t have a universal fleet system?? I promise after this - if they are the LAST company to rent from I will just UBER! Don't waste your time, the worst!!!!! Not to mention my rental was extremely nasty had to clean it and have my family help. We had a wedding to attend and basically couldn't use the vehicle. Because I was in a panic to drive to where the wedding was as located, not until I got down the road the smell of dog, nasty seats and hair all over the place was noticed. Whatever you do DONT!!!!! Horrible customer service provided by the store manager (first name starts with a B but I will not name her by the full name). State Farm reserved a car for me and scheduled to have it delivered today to my home. On the way to drop off the car I was notified it was a pick-up, meaning I would then have to drive the Enterprise employee back. At that specific time I could not leave due to my kids arriving home from school. The store manager ordered the drive to return to the store. I was told I could come in the following morning to pick the car up. I was there at 8am and told by the manager that I was on their "do not rent list" and could not pick up any vehicle. I left and called State Farm who called corporate Enterprise only to learn this is not true and there is no such thing. The store manager was mad from the day before and lied to me refusing to give me the car that was reserved in my name through State Farm. read more

I travel all the time for work, and have to rent cars at car rental facilities all the time, but I am absolutely blown away by the professionalism at this store the manager Casey runs a tight ship and all. His employees are Rockstars. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to pick up a rental car. Even when there's lines I'm usually in and out in two or three minutes. Cars are always clean. I had a reservation made here but when I came in they said there was nothing in the system. Instead of trying to help me figure out why it wasn't in the system they just told me there was nothing they could do. I called the 1800 number to verify and they said there was in fact a reservation in the system and when I had the operator talk to the person at the desk he seemed annoyed. They ended up not getting me a vehicle. They need to get their system figured out and also work on their customer service because the guy was extremely rude. read more

Worst experience ever! Will never ever rent again. Manager was bashing customer service employees I called to expedite my issues, she stated they were "sitting on their couches at home." When I told her that we both worked for corporate America and she shouldn't be bashing the company she worked for she stated "they are third party employees". I had a good experience with the ladies in the daytime they were two gentlemen and one being the manager speaks to you like he hates you I do not understand that type of business practice also they do not have a DropBox which they stated that they do they say that it is not enough business to maintain a drop box I used to sell cars if you're in the car business you need a Dropbox what does it take to maintain a Dropbox and then ended up renting the car out of pocket and my insurance was exhausted so I just went ahead and ran it out of pocket there what they ignored everything I said and act like it wasn't even talking about the complaint that I had because when I dropped it off the internet stated all locations all have a Dropbox but when you're in business you should put a smile on your face because your customers are the reason you're in business read more

Very Professional, and appreciate pickup service, but sadly, much higher rates than the nearest airports at Mobile and Pensacola, closed sundays, holidays, and close at 12 on Saturdays, incurring more days rental. No other competition in the area, so they can charge whatever. read more

Unfortunately, this location is severely understaffed. Even with a reservation and "Priority Pass", takes way too long to pick up a vehicle. I can not recommend this location until they increase staffing. Also, they removed their after-hours dropbox so you can only drop off during staffed hours. read more
