Beware of renting from this location. The agent was not there when I returned the car, so I dropped the keys in the box and went on my way. It didn't occur to me to take pictures of the car, as there had been no issues. The next day, the agent called and asked when the car had been in a hail storm. I told him it hadn't and he said he had pictures of hail damage. Since he wasn't there when I dropped the car off, it's his word against mine. Five weeks later, the Damage Unit called me and sent me a bill for $1600+ for damages. This is an outright lie and a scam. I have reported this to the BBB and am disputing the claim. read more

Website says that they can come pick up the car, but when I called, I find out, there's only one employee Caleb at this location, so he asked me to come by at 4:45 or five when he closes, and he will then give me a ride back home. You can imagine how much I look forward to that, but that's the way the system is supposed to work. So I get there at 4:45, there's a note on the door saying he'll be back at 5:15. There's a number to call him. I called, and he says he was surprised because he thought I was going to get there at five. I explain to him that I got there at 4:45, so that he would have time to process paperwork and close. He advised that he was out helping a girl jump her car because her battery had died. I don't even think she was a customer. He said he'd be back by five. I knew that was impossible, because he wasn't even where he was going to jump the vehicles, and it was another 20 minutes from there. But I had no choice so I said I would wait 10 minutes later, he called and said hey, how about if I get you an Uber to go home. Because he wasn't even at the car to jump the lady yet. I said great, but Uber very seldom comes up in this area So 20 minutes later, at 5:15, when I should've already been back home in my house, he called me and said hey, how about you just drive it home and I'll come pick it up in the morning. Note that this was past the time when he promised he already be back to the office. So I drove back home and parked the car in the driveway. Wasted about an hour and a half to two hours. He came to pick up the car this evening, and ask if there was anything he can do to make it up to me. Seriously? Yes, get a different job. The reviews are all over the place here. Everything from rental Heaven to rental Hell. Owners change and staff changes...the reviews probably will too. We couldn't have had a better set of experiences anywhere. We cracked up the only reliable transportation we had and were forced to find a new car. No car lots to be found within walking distance up here so we rented from Caleb at Enterprise. Three separate times to be exact. The cars were ready...clean...reliable and vital to our searches. Check in was fast...drop off even easier. We were fully checked out on the car before we left and had complete confidence in each transaction. The staff is really nice - maybe a bit uncomfortably nice. I went to get a rental during a car repair and the customer service representative literally hovered over me while I sat in the car to make sure I knew how to drive it. He even set the headlights to come on automatically because he wasn't sure I'd be able to turn on headlights... On one hand I suppose it was above and beyond standard customer service, but on the other hand it was a bit overbearing and came across as condescending. I didn't mention that I travel for work and have been in and out of rental cars on the regular for the last 10 years, mainly because I didn't know he was going to go to such incredible lengths to mansplain cars to me. Anyways, the other reason I deducted points is because they have a telemarketer call you daily for a customer satisfaction survey afterwards and will not stop calling until you finally answer and tell them you aren't interested. Would give 0 stars if I could. Never picked me up on a confirmed pick up. Called this location directly no answer several times. Call Corporate number they were also unable to get a hold of anyone. It was suggested I call taxi or Uber. I would have used them in the first place if they were a reliable option; it is cheaper than renting a car. I rented here instead of the Denver airport as I was staying in the mountains of Bailey and didn't need a car for the entire time I was in town. Tristan, the gentleman who assisted me was polite, professional and the price was right. The car was super clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend renting a car here if you are in the area and avoiding the hassle of a larger company in Denver. I ended up only spending 5 dollars more than if I had gotten the car in Denver. Totally worth it! read more

I am so grateful for Elliot and his team at Enterprise. We reserved a small SUV for a week through their office and received exactly what we needed. We planned on returning it back to the Evergreen office, however, when we arrived to California we had a change in plans because of a family emergency and needed to return the car in California instead of Evergreen. The Enterprise customer service advised us we needed to contact the Evergreen office directly to see if they could assist us. We contacted them and they were very understanding and made sure we were able to return it in California at a very fair transfer fee. The office in Cerritos was just as helpful and empathetic to our situation as the Evergreen office. I would highly recommend Enterprise. We frequently use rental cars and typically use a competitor, however, after this experience we will always use Enterprise because of their excellent customer service. They made an issue that could have been a headache into a non issue that was simple and it was a pleasure to work with them. I am sorry Lana but how could you complain about someone that went above and beyond to assist you....and Peters review should be deleted. It is 3 years old, makes harsh allegations, and has no detail as to what happened. Thank you Enterprise!! read more

The owner and manager is awesome awesome awesome! They pick you up at home and bring you back for free if you want. Enterprises is little more expensive than competitors but they have the very best customer service for what I have experienced so far. I had a great experience with this location. I had an accident and needed a car for almost 4 weeks while mine was being repaired. When I called I either got help from someone in the office or was transferred to their corporate office where I also received help. When I returned the car the gentleman that was there made sure I was satisfied with the rental. I'm not sure why they have poor reviews when I received great customer service. read more
