I went to have the vehicle inspected after their sticker ran out and it has been 'doctored' to make it look good when we bought it. The truck has a rot hole under the driver's door that can't be seen, and once we had the truck, their 'doctoring' faded and the truck it FULL OF SCRATCHES! It looks like a bunch of baboons had a party on it. I even took it back to them for a sticker...they not only failed it for "tie rods" which IT DOES NOT NEED, but tried to get me to pay $350 for the repairs! They said nothing about the rot. They ask you to fill out a satisfaction survey when you buy the vehicle to place on their website. Had I known what I was getting, I sure wouldn't have bought it. Buyer beware for sure

I highly recommend using them but note: this small location doesn't have a giant fleet of cars waiting and available...you may sometimes get whatever is in stock. But they try to accommodate customer's preferences. If concerned, call or text ahead. Also, most importantly, pay attention to their various policies: RETURNS 1. Gas up the car within 7 miles of the car rental agency which is the Maritime Gas on South Main St, Rockland, and get a receipt. 2. If After Hours, text a copy of the receipt and/or leave it in the car. Drop keys in the lock box. 3. On my last rental, the parking lot was completely full and I had to park the car far away. I texted a photo of the vehicle's location, just in case. PICKING UP 1. If picking up a car and are declining insurance, using instead your credit card's insurance policy, eg. Chase Sapphire, then have a physical copy of personal car insurance card, eg. State Farm (not a photo on your phone). Believe me, you'll save loads of time when picking up your rental vehicle.

The tow driver was courteous and skilled; he diagnosed the cause of the breakdown before loading our car onto his truck - with our full load of camping equipment and rooftop kayak. The search for repair parts was already underway by the time we arrived at the garage. Although the part needed to come 60 miles, the repair was completed by the next afternoon, at an astonishingly reasonable cost. The service manager went beyond the usual call of duty to make sure we were well taken care of at all points in this transaction.
