We had two vehicles that were serviced by Holland. At first our vehicles were treated well- but…read moreafter about 8 months, we started needing more expensive services... and that's when things went bad. In both cases (two different types of vehicles, both of which had been maintained regularly before our previous mechanic retired), the repairs to the damages caused by Holland has run us over $10k. Our truck broke down 8 hours after leaving Holland, stranding me and two young children, a dog and the trailer we were hauling, in Roanoke VA (literally left Holland and got on the road). We are now having to replace all the parts that Holland put in, because they used faulty and bad parts. I pulled our records from this company a year ago, and it's taken me this long to write a review, as thinking about how they jacked us around has made me mad.

It was the life time warranty one. I called and spoke with them. They said that they had no record of our purchase!!!!!! They said that they don't keep records past 2 years !They also was stern in informing me that it is the customers responsibility to keep up with sales recept. I informed them that they were the only ones who do that and I would warn everyone of there bad sales practices. All part stores do. I call AutoZoneand they told me of things I bought over a decade ago. So we bought a new alternator at different place.

Having a small child with me made me nervous that no one would change it bc of some corrosion. Thankfully it worked out!
