Jacqueline was so helpful when I had to switch rentals cause of a smell in the car making me sick and I would not of cared and dealt with it but I was going to be in the rental another 11 days so she quickly said come in and we will trade right away I went in right before closing she was so nice and accommodating and I am so grateful for her kindness during this stressful time. They picked me up as my car was broken and made the process quick and easy! I unexpectedly had to keep it an extra day and it was not a problem :) only quirk was outside was a little dirty. Very minor complaint. No scent of cigs, no nothing! Drivers and office staff very personable and pleasant! I will be using them again read more

These guys charged my credit card twice for one 2 day car rental. I discovered the error accidentally after spotting it on my credit card statement and got my credit card company to cancel one of the duplicate charges. Today, 2 months later, I received a letter in the mail with a bill from enterprise-these bozos are trying to rebill me for the extra rental changes they already tried to steal from me once. p.s. The car was absolutely filthy, covered with dirt and grime from some idiot using a leaf blower in the parking lot. I would never use Derry NH Enterprise car rental again. read more

RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS ENTERPRISE LOCATION AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! I have never had a problem with enterprise, EVER, until I went to this branch. They have so many two-faced employees that can't keep their stories straight it is amazing. These guys should be the poster children for "bait & switch". They told me one thing and my husband another, when we asked to return the car since we could get a lower rate somewhere else, (after much debate), they offered to match the price. when we went to sign the paperwork they had the much higher rate. Their reasoning was because they gave us a minivan (even though we asked for an economy car), I advised that is not what we wanted and again I would go to the other location. They agreed to the lower rate, signed the paperwork and left. After checking my account today they put through, this morning, the much higher rate. UNBELIEVABLE. We will be returning the car TODAY and going with the Enterprise I have dealt with before. (The one at the Airport is awesome!!! read more

I was very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The car I reserved was ready and clean when I arrived to pick it up and they were very friendly when I dropped it off and offered me to sit and relax while I waited for my ride to pick me up. (They did offer me a ride, but, I did not need one.) read more

Very poor service. I had to rent a car for few days via my insurance as my car broke down. I had to pick my kids that evening, I spoke to one Joe, he said he was busy but he would call me and let me know. But, he never called, I called again someone else took a message. Then I waited and called again by that time their office was closed! He did not even bother to call me the next day either. Very disappointing. While my car was in the body shop for repairs, I went to Enterprise car rental and rented a car. My insurance company allowed me $40 dollars a day. I gave all the information to the agent and she asked what I was interested in. Jokingly I said the Camaro. She told me because I was so patient, (a lot of phone calls and people asking questions took a bit longer than normal.) she could rent that Camaro to me for $60 a day. I said my insurance company only allowed $40 a day, but if I could rent it for $50 a day I would pay the extra $10 a day out of my pocket. She clicked away on her tablet while I was looking at the Camaro and she said...done, $50 a day. Well, after eleven days they called me and said they needed to,put another charge on my credit card because the rental was $84 a day. I tried to explain to him what happened and he said I was told it was $50 a day MORE! I told him no one ever said that JD that I would return the car, which I did on the same day. Again I tried to explain what happened and the young man just,said I should have red the contract! Well, I never seen a contract as I singed my name on the tablet in the parking lot with the young lady that rented the car to me. They emailed the contract to me. It's my personal belife that I was taken advantage of. So I disputed the charge with my bank. read more
