Bright, cheery, helpful attendants and counter staff are the standard not only at this location but seemingly ALL Enterprise locations. So, we are big fans of the Enterprise rental experience. As mentioned earlier, I've been renting from this particular location for years. And, what amazes me continually is how while the people change....the experience never does. The other day I met new intern Patrick Barry. True to form, Patrick was greeting me with a genuine "happy to be here" smile....complete knowledge of my reservation ...and a desire to get me into my rental car as quickly and on my way as fast as possible - all while being friendly, polite, and helpful. Once again, 3 month intern Patrick Barry reaffirmed my positive impression of the Enterprise car rental experience. Congrats to the Manchester location and its management for creating a culture of service that genuinely elevates the guest experience and teaches its newest hires the fine art of customer service. Want to modify the drop-off location?? Hm..... hm..... that's a tough one. There's literally only two variabilities of a car rental. But.... hm..... maybe speak to someone in customer service. But hmm..... they'll have to get in touch with the Manchester location. But not on the phone. They'll need to message them. They'll call you back when they can. But hmm.... three separate calls and 5 hours later but still no call back. No way of reaching a human. Hmm.... so you want to change the location. Hmm... Yeah I don't know. That sounds too complicated. I don't know how to help you, sir.

The experience was perfect and, since they're the only ones in Southern NH renting 15 passenger vans, a solid choice. Those poor reviews likely came from those not following the instructions given when you pick up the vehicle, which by the way, is done remotely, cool technology. A simple easy process they'll walk you through by phone and, if you do what you're supposed to, ie, return full of fuel, keep it clean, things will go well if you follow the rules..... Went to this location was "told" I could use my method of payment. However, apparently it's a "requirement" to "prove your residency" with a paper bill and not paperless. The girl behind the counter dangled the keys in front of me as if to taunt me. Also laughed at me. Claiming "Oh I was 'getting a text '. I didn't believe it for a second. Regional management called me the next day and made it out to be all my fault for past rental expenses. Also claimed person behind register was " following company policy." And refused to resolve the issue or offer any compensation for the lack of professionalism from the staff. Also pulled the classic " well I wasn't there....." line basically to deflect the fact that his staff under management are unprofessional and make up company policy.

Upon returning the rental we were charged $54 over the reserved rental cost- no vehicle changes made and taxes/fees remained the same, they specifically just upcharged us on the vehicle that they reserved to us for a lower amount. This is called theft. Due to poor telephone staffing, it was impossible for us to get in touch with a person over the phone. We will not rent with Thrifty or Hertz for that matter again, they've lost our trust to conduct reliable and honest transactions.
