This small little lot has served me well a couple of times over the past year. Both times the service was good and the vehicles were great. I am writing this review because my most recent car return involved a surprise - $500 more than I was expecting. I was handed the bill without the clerk going over the details and almost headed out the door without doing some quick math. When I mentioned the discrepancy between my expectation and the bill, there was some rather neutral typing on the computer, a quick phone call followed by a request that I wait 5 minutes for the manager to arrive. To her credit, she did quickly verify that the manager was just on his way back to the shop, and when he did arrive, he corrected the bill within a matter of minutes. The clerk could have been more open and friendly, but at least the end result meet my expectations. As I live in downtown, I will definitely go back.

I've rented from Budget many times and overall the experiences have been good. The only complaints and it's pretty minor is that sometimes the cars aren't the cleanest, like sometimes there's garbage from a previous customer left in the cup holder on the door, or in the glove compartment. It's never anything too gross, so that's ok, lol.

I had a rental car from these guys for just 2 weeks only filling the tank once and had 1 tire blow and it had a bent rim that they ended up pinning both of the damages on me and charging me a ridiculous amount of money. They even charged me a premium on not filling the gas tank 36L for $99 even though I had returned the car after the bent rim and did not want it back therefore having no choice but to leave the gas as is. Horrible service and they screwed me big time save yourself the hassle if possible.

Harvard sold me a car along with a Global extended warranty. However when the car was totalled by a…read moredeer just three weeks after purchase, Harvard Auto nor Global Warranty would offer me a refund on the warranty, even though it explicitly states in the warranty agreement that a refund will be issued "on a pro-rata basis in the event of a total loss". I liked Harvard Auto at first, the service seemed good, but now I know that they are just dishonest used car salesmen and their profits come before their customers. The service at Global Warranty was even worse, taking months to even get a response, let alone an actual full refund. Stay far away from Harvard and Global Warranty.
