My wife and I flew into Halifax on June 17 for a 2 day visit. Had pre-arranged a pickup with Premier for the Halifax airport. They texted me a confirmation of that pickup to have on my cell phone file. With details as to how to proceed at the air Terminal upon arrival. The car was there the moment we walked out the Terminal door. Nice shiny ultra-clean Lincoln Towncar - as advertised. With a uniformed driver. Great trip into the Halifax Hotel we were staying. Good conversation with the driver all the way. To the point - we arranged a hotel pickup there for our return trip to Toronto today (6/19). Same great service again today from the Hotel to the Airport. Same great car - same driver and enjoyed the conversation once again during the trip. I am a retired business owner and have travelled the world. Been using Limos for as long as I can remember. When I receive something "special" (as we did with Premier) this time; I like to recognize that publicly. And that is what I am doing today. Within an hour of returning back here to Toronto. We recently used Premier Car Service for round trip airport transportation. The whole experience was excellent. The cars and drivers were lovely. The online booking and payment including tip is very convenient. While the system automatically set a time for our pick up at home, it was easy to modify to a time that we preferred. We instantly received confirmations of the booking to my email and text. Then I received reminders, notes to say the driver was on their way, when they had arrived at our house as well as clear instructions for meeting at the airport. The incredible communications were very comforting given our extremely early departure - this was one logistical consideration of our trip that was mindless! If you want peace of mind, this is the company to deal with. I have travelled with many companies and no one has it down like these guys. I have used them several times because they are very reassuring with your reservation being emailed to you when you book and again the day before they pick you up. Every pickup they will text you when the driver is on the way, the name and mobile number of the driver and what kind of car is coming before they arrive. And then message once again when they arrive. The transaction is handled before I even enter the car so you do not even have to pay the driver, although they are all quite professional so I always hand them an extra tip. Confirmation# 17462 and #17463- A return trip to Halifax so we rebooked with Premium Car service for transportation to/and from the airport to our /from our downtown Hotel as we were pleased with their service last May. We were not dissapointed, Yasin, our driver on both legs of our trip took excellent care of us in his friendly, professional manner and made us feel very welcome to the City. He had a little trouble with traffic within the airport area itself and called me to let me know he was a few minutes later than he expected which was very nice and within a minute or two there he was.
