Three gate changes in the four hours we waited at the Toronto airport (the last one down a long corridor, down two flights of escalators, across three moving sidewalks, up two escalators and down another long corridor - almost 10 minutes of walking and riding). Then a delayed boarding and another 45 minutes sitting inside the aircraft before departing the gate. No air conditioning in the cabin, although a little room-temp air came out of the overhead nozzles. It was probably 82-85 degrees, but it cooled down when we were in the air.
The good: Free wi-fi and complimentary wine, beer and soda and a choice between a mini pack of salted almonds, chick peas or a tiny shortbread cookie. The snack was passed out 10 minutes before the drinks arrived, so there was no way to enjoy them together (especially if you didn't know beforehand.) And as other people have noted, no middle seats; just two on each side, which was a perk.
