My present and previous company/ employer book our business transportation needs exclusively through Atlantis Limo. I've had the pleasure to personally know the owner, Zico P. for over 14 years now and would highly recommend their services as a 10/10! Here's just one example: On 8/4/2017, I arrived on a red-eye flight from the west coast to Halifax. Upon arrival, my iPhone would not pick up a signal... I didn't think anything of it. It wasn't until I was in my prearranged town car (without delay), that I was made aware of the Atlantic Canada system wide phone outages with a few phone providers (which was later identified in the news) as caused by a fiber op line being mistakenly cut somewhere in Quebec. Thankfully, Zico was able to connect his driver (using another phone provider), to arrange my pickup. Due to Zico's professionalism and consistent care for his clients, my transfer home was the usual pleasant and uneventful experience. 24/7 they are not. I called and messaged five hours before I needed to go to the airport. Understandable that they may not have had someone available. That is no problem. But the unprofessional response I received from their call service was dismissive and rude- as though I should know that five hours notice wasn't sufficient. Obviously not a business that needs my money or knows how to communicate professionally. I've often used this company's service for regular airport runs. I always found the drivers to be courteous and reliable, however a recent experience has turned me off of this company. While returning from a ski trip I requested a vehicle which would accommodate a pair of skis. The normal fare for an airport run is $63, same as a taxi or any of the dozen or so comparable car services in Halifax. The dispatcher made no mention of a surcharge, nor is there any mention on the website, however I was charged an additional $42 to get my skis home in an SUV. I was shocked but didn't want to haggle with the driver so contacted the owner. He took a week to reply and was unwilling to budge; in the future I'll be using one of the many competitors who offer the same service with fairer pricing.. read more

I was in a car that almost turned the wrong way onto the 103 (which would have happened if I didn't say something), turned the wrong way up North St, and fishtailed into my subdivision because he was going too fast and almost missed the turn. For my work I spend a lot of time in Montreal and Toronto. When I need to get to and from the airport I call Atlantis. It's not much more than a taxi, there's no waiting or juggling of stuff and it's comfortable to work on a laptop and get some emails done in the 20 minutes to my house instead of having to do it when I arrive. we needed transportation from Trout Point to Halifax airport, about a three hour drive. I hired Atlantis after reading the reviews on Yelp and facebook and checking with the dispatcher at the airport., but I was still nervous about making our early flight since I hadn't had a personal referral.
