A Thousand Thanks !! 3rd My husband came in for a rental when his car was in the shop. He never mention me, son, my love for Tay...Tay gave him a new Mitsubishi Full-size SUV. He fell in love in 3 days with the car and after the return, My husband traded his car in for the same model brand new Mitsubishi Tay rented him! 5/5/25 After major problems with the Enterprise on Pinedale not reserving a rental that they were suppose to do, I went there and they told me they had no car available until tomorrow morning. One was reserved from Geico. They said they didn't have it. Clearly, and via Oscar here, they should've. Thankfully, I got lucky and they had a pretty blue Chevy Malibu I could rent. Oscar was very kind and easy to talk to and answer any questions. Great car too! Love it to use until mine is fixed. 5/19/25 Car did great getting around until today. SamHunt is healed! Got gas to put it back where it was when I got it. Turn in and they have a return port that you drop it off to. Gave him the key, he checked out the car and came back. Wow! Where has this car rental place been all my life? They had my car ready to go when I arrived, in fact, they offered me any car on the lot that fit the similar size. I went with a hybrid 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was super clean and ran like a dream. I made to Sacramento and back on a full tank and didn't need to add any gas before my return. Technically, the gas tank was a little lower than when I picked it up, but the staff said not to worry about such a small difference. This has not been the case with past rental places. Normally, they'd charge me or tell me to fill up and bring it back! Drop off was a breeze and I was in and out in 5-minutes. I called to rent a car from Enterprise and when I inquired if they would pick me up at the repair shop I was told only if I have Geici insurance. I replied I thought this was a perk from Enterorise. He transferred me to a call center and tge guy couldn't spell and frustrated me so much I told him to forget it. Enterprise was higher than Avis but I was trying to keep all business from the repair shop and rent a car inClovis so I wouldn't have far to drive when returning the rental. Both of the two losers at Enterprise had the same name of Oscar. When I complained about my treatment I was told that English isn't his first language. He shouldn't be working with people. No excuse for rudeness is what I replied. I should've received a discount for poor behavior. I turned the car in early and was expecting a refund to which it has not been received. This just topped everything abd I'm fighting for my refund. I will not go back to this company and will make the drive if I have to. Fingers crossed I won't need their services again. read more

First of all I have used Enterprise for years and recommend them to all the guest I have worked with in the past (15 years in hospitality). However I do NOT recommend the location in Clovis. 1) I had a 6pm drop off and was told they close at 6 so come a few minutes later. I got to the location 5 minutes before 6. The employees locked eyes with me as I walked up but door was locked. So closed before 6pm and of course no one came to the door they seemed to have disappeared in the back. 2) I waited by the front for my ride they were running a few minutes late. No employees came out yet .no biggy camera was around and I felt safe. Probably 10 minutes of waiting I started to get a record to get off the property it started out far apart. Probably within another 10 minutes it started repeat non stop. I had luggage with me and a small cooler. In a nut shell I was forced off their property dragging my stuff across the lot forgetting some items behind bc I couldn't carry it. 3) got a call they were going to charge me another day. I was heated told them no I was there before 6 and was pushed off the property like a homeless person although I just rented a car for almost a week with you guys. Manager never apologized, gave me a bunch of bs don't follow time on car ( I was using my phone time). After I called her out on it she kept changing her story trying to charge me for an additional day. She also said it was a really bad area so let me get this straight I spend $$$ to rent a mid size suv for almost a week and I get pushed into the dangerous streets. No grace period for customers to get picked up? No check on me to see if I have a ride? No person came out to kindly inform me they are closed? Long story short the location shouldn't even offer 6pm drop off if they want you completely off their lot at 6pm. Doesn't make sense. I'm not from Clovis and was just using the location. I had nowhere to go and was very worried of my safety. I rent vehicles from time to time and since it will be in the Clovis area I may need a new car rental services. read more

This is the reason I use this company because as long as you pay your deposit you should be okay. I been renting with them for the past 2 months and this was never required. Out of state and same state. He was been rude to other customers r that were there and having issues with this same person. He wasn't in the mood to hell and woke up on the wrong side of the bed. We had been using a rental due to an accident. We were to pay $150 a week while car was being repaired. When we got there to pick up car they changed it to $160 a week over what insurance was paying. They also refused to let us use my bf card even though the insurance and card was in his name and he was present with me when we picked the car up. They called Monday to see how much longer it would be and I called the repair shop to inquire as to when my car would be finished. In the meantime they charged my credit card without informing they did so. I returned the car on Weds. when I went to use my credit card I found out they had charged me again. Horrid customer service. Was brought here from the body shop my insurance setting up the rental. They told me all they had was a giant van. Not something I feel safe driving. The guy talks down to my like an idiot explaining it's almost the same size as my Kia soul.... um not even close. Has me waiting for 45 minutes before deciding to tell me that my insurance had made a reservation at a different enterprise!!!!! After calling that enterprise they inform me they would have been more than happy to have picked me up from the Clovis location, had the guy actually called them. That rep get on the phone to the other manager and thankfully they finally find a drivable car for me. Too bad I ended up late to work. This was my first time renting a car from Enterprise at this location and the experience was positive. While my car was getting repaired at Brad's Auto Body in Clovis, the insurance company paid for me to have a rental car. They made the reservation with Enterprise and all I had to do was pick up the car. Prior to picking up the car, I called Enterprise to confirm they had the reservation and had documentation on file acknowledging the insurance company was paying. Yes, I was good to go. When I arrived, there were four staff members at the front desk and seven people in line in front of me. I waited for approximately 13 minutes before it was my turn to approach the desk. Jason welcomed me with a friendly smile and located my reservation without a problem. He asked for my ID, as is standard policy, and then asked me some questions about my car insurance since I would not be purchasing Enterprise insurance. I did not have the information he needed and asked him if I could call Allstate. No problem. He did not move me aside, or take the next customer, he simply waited patiently. Very nice. Once Allstate was on the phone, I asked Jason if he would ask her the questions directly (instead of me being the go-between). Jason was happy to do so. I was informed that the insurance company had authorized an economy sized car, but I would be upgraded to a mid-size. "Would a 2017 Toyota Camry be okay?" No problem. After signatures and paperwork, Jason walked me out to the car and I was on my way. After seven days, my car was ready and I was ready to give Enterprise back their car. I have been driving an Enterprise vehicle for work for 6 year (Employer has a Corporate Account) I have visited this branch 8-10 times and would say it is the absolute worst I've been too. This is probably the most unhelpful, rude, condescending branch I've visited. I brought one of their trucks in with a broken windshield, they refer me to make my own appt with Safelite to have it changed, I work 6 days a week, I don't have time for that, just give me another truck. I limped a truck with a slipping transmission in, they had 11 trucks on the lot on a Friday at 4:45pm, the fleet manager says they don't have trucks available without checking the computer. I asked if they could look at other locations, she says I can call around and see.... It's 4:45pm on Fri and I'm supposed to find another truck myself?!? If it were not for this one issue I would give this place 5 stars. I needed to rent a car to get to a Dr appointment which is outside of fresno. I am 8 months pregnant, this was a medical necessity. The people at this enterprise location do NOT adhere to proper Covid safety measures. One woman started walking up to me from behind the counter wearing no mask, but holding one in her hand, ready to put it on only when she got up close to me. I asked her to stop approaching me and keep her distance. This was indoors mind you. I looked around to see the other staff and the other guy at the counter had his mask underneath his nose. In the back, a guy sitting there maskless. I guess they are all fine risking each other getting sick, but I would never come back here again just because of the blatant disregard for other people's safety. I get it, not everyone cares if they catch Covid, but some of us have very valid health reasons why we cannot risk it. I am very disappointed in this branch and hope others who care see this. I couldn't ask for better customer service!!!! This place is so Professional and Amazing. As soon as I got there the staff acknowledged me, and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I happened to arrive when the Area Manager was there. Brandon was interested as to where I was going and gave me some helpful tips for the trip. I was then checked into the rental by Tay, and she couldn't have made the check in process any more smoother. She was vey patient with me, explained the rental process, and had me on my way in no time. The transaction was seamless. When I returned the rental, I happened to leave my sunglasses in the vehicle. Mitch was quick to get all my information down and start looking for them. As that was going on, I spoke with Haley. She took care of any concern that I may have had , and then asked if there was anything they could've done better. And to tell you the truth, there was nothing more they could've done. This place has an advertised price for gas of 2.99 however when you turn in the rental car they charge more. The woman said $5 a gallon but when we got receipt emailed they actually charged 4.88 a gallon plus tax which ended up more. I have rented a car from this Enterprise twice. The first time the vehicle only had a quarter tank of gas and I was on my way to a work event a few hours away the same day and had to get gas right outside of town. Upon returning the vehicle I asked if there would be a way to get a full tank the next time I rented. The attendant assured me it would be no problem as long as I call ahead and request it. So that brings me to this past week. I reserved a car for today pickup at 5:30pm. I called on Sunday to request a full tank of gas. The man I spoke to there was rude and stated that company policy only requires them to have a quarter tank in all vehicles. I then brought up my conversation with the woman upon my first rental return, and asked him if it was going to be an issue. He said it would not be a problem and made a note on my reservation. When I arrived today there were many people there waiting. It took 20 mins for me to get helped. Then when I was going through the walk over. Will the attendant that helped me said that the car only had a quarter tank of GAS!!! I then proceeded to tell him I requested a full tank, and he told me it's company policy to not fill up the tank! He said he could only fill the car up half the tank and guess what I'd have to wait another 15mins!! What really made me upset was when I called him out and said if I want a full tank of gas I will just have to rent the car at the airport. He said go ahead they will charge you more, then had another guy put gas in the car but only a half a tank. Why would you make a customer wait 15mins go to the damn gas station but not fill up the tank. This place is a disgrace and I already filed a formal complaint. And will never go back. Also if you want ride pickup they won't let you call even a day before to get picked up. Only that day and they will take at least 30 mins past you pick up time. They need to learn how to treat people better. Also while in the waiting room I observed them refuse an elderly lady from renting a car for not having a credit card!! And another lady with a young kid who they told her they had a car on hold for her, but guess what they gave that car away. So both people left that place without a car to rent. read more

I've been to this location twice in the last thirty days due to my Ford Focus experiencing transmission issues. In both instances we received a Ford Escape that was unprepared for rental and needed to be cleaned, adding approximately 15 minutes to each visit. During my most recent visit we arrived just after 4 pm. There were three agents working the counter with several customers waiting. My wife and I waited approximately 20 minutes before we were assisted. During this time we observed no less than three additional agents sitting behind the front counter wall sitting at computers and socializing. Finally one of the counter agents noticed the frustration in our faces and called one of the agents behind the wall to come assist us. She took our information and payment then let us know both of the available vehicles they had were dirty. Not wanting to wait further we asked to see both to determine which was the least dirty. We ended up settling on a 2017 Escape. Fifteen minutes later the vehicle was washed and vacuumed and I was off. Next time I'll remember to download a good game so I have some entertainment for the loonnngggg wait. read more

Being through multiple Enterprise and this one is very shady. You can tell when someone is trying to play with you and take your money. I reserve a SUV for 98 dollar and was going to get charge 215. I call in to talk to Seth and he say that it was a mistake and they are going to charge me 98 dollar instead. I ask for receipt or confirmation that the change was done and he say he can't. Drop off the car later and receive a text from the manager and they did confirm that the charges have been change. I requested a receipt and none of them will sent me a receipt. They say to wait couple day and I will receive my charge on my credit card. Couple day later I was charge 126 instead of my reserve price. Shady business. Of all the rental car agencies and locations in all my travels this location and their staff are mountains above all the rest. I have rented many times from this location and the girls are just great I can't remember all their names but Amber was one of them they were front and center they let me return the car and swap it when I wasn't happy with it. I left my remote control and they still had it a month later. they upgraded me when I was unable to get the car that I wanted. They are just the best! read more

avoid. avoid. avoid. thanks for ruining my wedding. i booked through expedia, paid for my car and insurance and in advance and over a month ago. they tried to run a scam and say i never paid them. wells fargo said otherwise. i then had to get on the phone with enterprise and argue with them. i had to call my bank and get the charges reversed. it will take two to three business days to get the charges reversed. my wedding is tommorrow. i had to call nearly everyone in my family and start making other arrangements for my family to go in other family meembers cars because of this. i do not care if i have to pay other fees because i use a debit card. at this point, a wedding, money is no object, however, i will not fall for a scam and nearly 600 $ twice equalling 1200 $. i had my weddi ng planned for a great deal of time only to have enterprise ruin it before it began. read more
