    Was really nice and quick with the whole process of showing up filling things out and heading out of there with the keys. Highly recommend!

    If I could give zero I would! Where do I begin…read more... I started renting with this location June 2024 after a serious car accident that totaled out my car. Adele, LaTonya, and Nigel were the ones who were working at the time and are absolutely the best people in the world. For 15.5 months straight I rented with enterprise. To say it was expensive is an understatement. Until October 10. I discovered they hired a new manager. Amber Greene. So I go in on Friday to do a new rewrite. Something that is done every 30 days. We rented a new car. We, as in myself and my dad. Something she did, which I know was against rules was she made me sign the contract. But used my dad's credit card to take the deposit. This is not allowed. Whoever signs the contract pays the deposit. She shows me my car, and sends me on my way. Later that night I discovered that the car she gave me didn't have child locks on the back doors. Something the previous management knew was a requirement as I have a special needs child. Amber Greene gave me her email as well as the number to text her at in the event I couldn't reach her through the phone. It was Friday night and I knew she wouldn't see the message till morning but I wanted to make sure I sent it so I didn't forget. I did not hear from her Saturday evening though I called during my lunch break as well as text. I asked her to modify the reservation by adding a week to my reservation. I asked her who needs to pay? I asked her again about the switch out. Nothing!!!! Sunday they are closed Monday at around 3:39pm she messaged me saying that we could not extend the car and need to bring it back to do a new contract. At this point I'm confused..... when did that become a rule? So I immediately text her and tell her I'm about to go on break and I'm calling her. No response!! I call, she answers and saying " thank you for calling enterprise, we are on the other line but you are next, please hold ",.... So I waited the 10 minutes I had left! Nothing! So I call again, nothing.... No one answered. At 5:20pm I call again. She answers and says to please hold. I was on hold until 5:50pm, when the employee Eli answers, " thank you for calling enterprise, how can I help you " I said, " can I speak to Amber" He said, " she's helping customer, can I possibly help you " I said " Eli, it's Natalie. I need to speak with her" He puts me on hold. At 5:58pm he comes back to the phone and says, " Amber isn't available she went home for the day " He proceeded to tell me, " Natalie you know you needed to make a payment and you had to come in to make the payment because your card isn't on file" " I said, " that's why I'm calling to find out who has to pay, me or my dad! He said, " one minute " He never muted me, but stayed quiet! I could hear noise in the background but no one was talking. After 3 minutes the phone hung up! The next day i text her again asking which of us needs to make this payment! Never received answer. Instead she texts and said, You need to come in to do a new contract! I said, " I need to make a payment or my dad does. I'm coming in to the location with my dad around 5." Her response, she emailed me a notice of turning my account over to risk management if I do not make a payment in 24 hours from the time of the notice! At 5:07pm my dad and I showed up and went in. I recorded the entire thing. Eli claimed that when he quit talking to me it was because he was helping a in person guest! Which I know is against policy! She said, that she did go home at 5:30pm that day and goes home that time every Monday! I again ask her why couldn't she have told me who was responsible for payment. She said because I knew that she did something wrong and the only way to fix it was to do a new contract. I told her, I have no idea what she did wrong, but that I didn't have an extra 300 to put down on a deposit plus 370.00 for the week. I said that my dad is paying for this and I'm going to continue on as the second driver. She dismissed me and said, that's not allowed! So now she is saying paying for a second driver isn't real? I told her we are turning in the car. She said fine. I again ask her why couldn't one of us make a payment? She finally said. " your dad could make the payment as his credit card is on file " So this entire thing was over nothing. She told me I had to make the payment! Eli said I had to make the payment! But no one would let me. And they wouldn't let my dad either. I returned the car and went to a different location. Got my car, no trouble! I had to go back because I left my ear pods in the car. They seem I was in a new car and looked me up! Amber Greene ( at the beechmont/ 8 mile location ) called Jamie ( at the Ohio pike location ) and in his words, " (she's like), ooohhhhhh my goddddddd you rented a car to Natalie. She is the worst customer ever. She lied. Refused payments. And then blackballed me because I went to another location!

    This location will not rent to folks from out of town unless you have a major credit card to pay…read morewith. I just found this out right before I was going to pick up the car I reserved. Would be great if they'd include that information on their website. Otherwise, I would've just rented from the airport. My next trip, I'll rent with Alamo or Hertz. This unlisted policy has really turned me off Enterprise for good.
