Steven (manager) helped me from start to finish on my 2 week complicated rental that switched over this timeframe from out of state to insurance payment back to my payment. This location is a busy, downtown location. We have spent THOUSANDS with Enterprise over the last several years and rented from them for our business. Always using the same business debit card to pay, they have it on file. We are gold almost platinum members which obviously doesn't mean anything to them because their customer service is trash. My husband flew 1200 miles and was refused the rental he had reserved. He had all the necessary information they needed and more but would not rent him the car. I am a business owner myself and this is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. They seriously left my husband stranded. He is an hour and a half from where he needs to be with no way to get there in a strange city. read more

I came straight here from the airport to rent a car on vacation and it was OK. On Saturdays there is only one employee at the desk which makes waiting a little long. I didn't mind but 2 different customers walked in and walked up to the desk as if I wasn't already standing right there. That's not Enterprises' fault though. Also, my 4-year-old son made a mess in our rental and the employee who took my keys said he would professionally clean the car and that he should have charged me but he decided not to. That was nice of them! It was the last day of my vacation and an unplanned expense would have put a damper on our whole trip! read more

To make a very long story short I rented a Dodge charger on July 1st. I was in that vehicle for a month. I ended up not being able to get a car from them they were very rude when I tried to return the vehicle. I ended up getting a car from the Colerain branch. I was in that vehicle for about a week. When I got in that vehicle I had to close out the vehicle I got from the Walnut Hills branch because Dylan ran my debit card as a credit card I ended up having to pay $1600 to close out on the Dodge charger. I called the Walnut Hills branch spoke with Dylan about this he was very apologetic and promised he would look out for me on the next rental that I got from the Walnut Hills branch. I made a reservation for a full-size vehicle on Monday, August 8. I called several times to the Walnut Hills branch regarding a full-size vehicle and was told they had nothing for me I went into the branch on Tuesday the ninth and Wednesday the 10th and steel they had no cars for me after Dylan had promised he would have a vehicle for me. I respectfully expressed my frustration and disappointment in the fact that they had no car for me and were not willing to upgrade me free of charge. Steve Willoughby came from the back of the divider and from the time he opened his mouth it was nothing but sarcasm and irrelevant comments and statements being made from him. After The last statement that Steve will be made I decided to end the conversation and let Dylan know that I will be filing a formal complaint against him for him setting my debit card up as a credit card. As I walked out of the door Steve said here you can take my card because the complaint will come back to him anyway and I said no I don't need your card deck and my husband held the door for me and I walked out of the door and we left. That evening Steve will it be abusing his power made a report about me stating that I cursed out the employees and that I slammed the door to the establishment and put me on the do not rent list. I called Steve the following day and I made him very aware that I will go out of my way to prove that he told a blatant lie about a very valuable customer because he was upset. Nothing he stated in the report was factual it did not happen. No one with this type of character should be a branch manager should be over seeing employees. I express my frustration very respectfully even though I was met with nothing but sarcasm from a branch manager. Great Customer Service! I had left my personal car in a nearby lot during my rental and had accidentally left the dome light on. After I returned the rental (which was awesome and had no problems), my own car had a dead battery. The staff members quickly searched for cables, pulled a van around, and gave my car a jump. It was an extra 10 minutes out of their normal day, but it saved mine. read more

This place is ridiculous and full of liars and scam artists! I asked how much it would be to rent a car for 2 days and it was $200. I waited for 30 mins got to the car and then all of a sudden it's a $300 deposit as well. I can understand that on a debit card but I have an Amex. Got kick rock pound salt and have coitus with yourselves. read more

After some hiccups due to reserving through a third party (never again!), D was incredibly helpful and hooked me up with everything I needed to make my Cincinnati trip run smoothly. What a relief! This is the worst enterprise ever. Only go here if you absolutely have to and every other enterprise is closed. I'm not one for bad reviews but this was needed. I booked a rental here 3 days before the pick up day and when I went to pick it up they didn't have any cars available. I also asked even if the reservation was confirmed I still won't receive a rental car today, which is the day and time I booked and she simply said no. She didn't offer an alternative or anything she just stated that they didn't have a car available. Usually they would suggest another location but she didn't offer that. The customer service is awful. No one wanted to do their job so they don't deserve any business! read more

....this is definitely my favorite Enterprise location. Everyone has always been very personable and given me excellent customer service. It is nice when I get Nathan who has always remembered me. Occasionally, I've had to wait longer than I expected but that's okay the quality of the cars makes it worth the wait!!!! read more

I rent frequently from this location for many years. The current crew is as good as it gets. they've gone out of their way to accommodate me with larger vehicles because I am 6 foot 5 300 plus. Just rece ntly they were able to arrange a 4 wheel drive pick -up when I had to drive into a snow storm in Illinois. They are always prompt and friendly and professional You couldn't ask for a better group of people to rent a car from!!! read more
