While I was at the gym, someone hit the parked car. I was very surprised that the location required that I drive the damaged vehicle back to them to get a new vehicle. Typically even if the oil change light comes on, I have been directed to take the vehicle to the closest location for an exchange. When I did complete my contract and finally return the vehicle, I was charged for gas on the damaged vehicle. Who thinks to fill the tank of a damaged vehicle? I thought that was very strange.

The rude lady working here said she left a voicemail that I didn't get. When I travel, I bring the least amount of IDs with me in case they get lost. They agreed to let my daughter rent the car, so that was nice. Then when they gave us the vehicle it was a huge truck that my daughter could barely drive and the gas was double. They said they didn't have a sedan. So, I guess they weren't ever planning on renting to me since I check in and everything was good until I got there. The whole experience was the worst ever and I stopped using Enterprise because of all my bad experiences, but this was by far the worst one yet!!
