Huge fan of this place. Their menu is large and almost feels like a book. Whether it be burgers,…read morewings, steak, or chicken you'll be sure to find it here. Good place to bring a group with different tastes as everybody will be able to find something. The beer selection is also quite nice with some hard to find craft beer options. The monthly tasting paddle is a pretty good deal and a nice way to sample four different beers. The only reason for the 4 star instead of the 5 is that the service can be slow at times. We have waited 45 min to an hour before for our dinner after being seated, so I'd recommend going during the slower hours if possible to avoid the rush. Finally, they were recently added to the door dash app and their packaging was top notch almost catering level quality.

We came in close to closing and had a table full of kids, which probably didn't help the overall experience. The service felt rushed and a bit short, though I get that it was late and everyone was likely ready to wrap up the night. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, just not one that made us want to linger. If we come back, it'll likely be earlier in the evening and just with adults. She had a…read morelot of knowledge and experience already, but was also willing to help find answers to all of our questions. Her response time was great as well. She walked us through the requirements for traveling out of the country and into another. Prior to leaving, we found out about a seaweed issue that was causing issues for people. One week before we were supposed to leave, we decided to cancel our existing reservation, and rebook to a different part of Mexico. With little notice, she worked to make the transition feel like no big deal. Again, helping us find the best resort, with the amenities we were looking for and all within our price range. Prior to leaving, she checked in with us to make sure we were doing the things we needed to, sent helpful info about the area, tipping culture, packing lists, and helped us make decisions about what excursions to do. She made sure we got there ok, and checked back in to make sure we made it home. Working with Stephanie made the trip planning and booking process go from intimidating to simple, and we are grateful for her and her expertise!
