I travel with AAA frequently and usually do business in Akron where I have long been impressed with their outstanding customer service. This past week, however, I decided to stop in the Canton AAA branch to purchase some foreign currency for some upcoming travel plans. The front desk person, Kimberly, was very helpful and efficient and called me when the currency arrived just a couple days later. Many travel items and luggage is displayed in the front lobby area. Although all of these items are highly overpriced (even for members), someone in a hurry could get most any travel item here. Maps are also available in the store. I needed a map of a city and Kimberly also provided a little booklet about some of the sites there, which will be helpful since all travel books have been discarded and are solely in digital format. This is very unfortunate, as digital service providers are often not available when you are traveling in certain parts of the country and the former paper books told interesting stories about areas where people would not think of stopping, but were well worth a look! The Canton AAA is also well worth a look and I would encourage people to stop by and learn more. read more

I highly recommend this AAA for your travel needs. We needed to book travel for two couples from 2 different states for an overseas vacation. Unfortunately, the agent I started working with qiut suddenly. Sheryl picked up where he left me hanging and spent 3 hours sorting things out with me. Went to get passport photos. Quick, easy and painless. Staff was friendly and efficient.

I was need of extensive airline help to get to a smaller airport in Southern California in 4 days and Paola in the North Canton office came to my rescue. I also bought a great carry on suitecase. read more

Visited to pickup information on another state. Not much to choose from but we did get a few items. Staff was friendly but did not have much else to give us or point us to on the web. Location is good, adequate parking. Nice and clean and modern looking inside. read more

Visited this site to get a preloaded credit card for an oversea's trip. The staff was welcoming and fast - even on a fairly busy Saturday afternoon. Ms. Jacobs, the associate who helped me with the card was very thorough and quick. The office was well maintained and had a good look. read more

I recently renewed my AAA membership (40 years now). I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped into the AAA store located at the Strip in North Canton to find that I could get my maps, brochures and a very accurate trip tik in about 25 minutes. My trip went smoothly. The trip tik also identified areas where there was construction so I could plan accordingly. Thank you so much! read more

Apparently it is an inconvenience to ask for a detailed trip tix any more. The clerk seemed impatient with our family's travel plans as we stopped to visit friends and sites along a unique route. She even remarked that we won't be getting these any more soon when "corporate has decided not to provide trip tix." Sadly, that is one of the main reasons we have been AAA members for decades, and if the trip tix are unavailable, AAA will lose 6 members. Yes, I know we can get this information on the internet and do our own maps, but the convenience of the flip trip tix and details AAA provides was one of our highlights of travel planning. read more

I've had a membership for about 40 years -- as always I was more than pleased when I picked up my travel info which was completed in detail in just 4 days. Everything was complete and the associate who took my request and the one who I received the info from in the store were completely professional, pleasant, and made sure I had everything.
