Terrible service. They loaned a car and stereo cuts in and out. Tried to change cars and was told to call other locations as they donot have any cars left. Was put on hold over 30 minutes . Finally use another phone and they answered right away and when asked to talk to Tyler..the manager, immediately eas told there will be car for me. Arrived at location and there were 3 cars offered to me. We declined as there were not suitable for us. Was given a representative name for direct contact to change the car on Saturday. Called and left message with the gal at location for call Emmanuel to call back. No call back. This location is the worst service I ever had in renting vehicles. I DONOT recommend Enterprise . Go elsewhere. Update, still ongoing and their motto is NO CAR AVAILABLE. They rent out a defective vehicle and refuse servicing their customers. Go Elsewhere! read more

5 stars for Swarandeep who was assisting me the check-in and check-out. I think he is the nicest and most professional employee in the rental industry. Making everything smooth & easy for me, he had a very good attitude and energy :) But the guy who assisted me on phone was rude and no patience. He didn't let me finish explaining the reason I called, just kept interrupting me with attitude. The size of the rental vehicle I had was prefect, very close to the size of my own vehicle. I'll start by saying that I feel sorry for the folks who are working the front desk, they are trying their best with what they have! I received a car from these folks after an insurance claim, apparently I got the only car available in calgary, which I would have refused if I hadn't needed a way to get around. the car was disgusting, filthy, dirty and from what I could tell not cleaned (despite the signs and indication that the strictest cleaning protocols had been used). the car was stinky, gut wrenching smelly, a mix of sweat and cleaning spray... I have just left the windows open when the vehicle is not being used to try and air it out. there was documented damage, mostly paint chips, wear marks and window dings, the car had been "inspected" however apparently not too well, I would certainly be more concerned if you didn't complete your own walk around and take photos diligently. Lastly there were lots of broken and overly worn parts within the vehicle, broken arm rest, a seat belt that would retract, worn out windshield wiper and large worn out spot in the carpet (to the metal floor board), the computer / screen also indicated that the vehicle was 20k over service interval... obviously a car that wasn't well taken care of. I am working on changing out the vehicle however the process is slow and painful. I would have hoped that enterprise would take more pride in their service and not have sent me away with this crappy vehicle. If you have to rent from these folks take lots of pictures and refuse unsafe, poorly maintained vehicles. read more

1.Priced not what was advertised when reserved. $50 more so someone pocketed that money. Didn't have the vehicle I reserved. 2.Felt like Seinfeld "what's the point of a reservation if you cant keep the reservation"? 3. Took close to 40 minutes to get a rental as when I rented in a Saskatoon branch, it literally took 7 minutes. I'd ask for help and they'd keep greeting people, the place was packed with about 30 people before I even got any help. Seriously terrible service. Greet a person, get their vehicle...move on. If I could give them a zero I would. I took my 7 seater vehicle in for repairs. I was told a rental would be arranged. What they offered me was ridiculous. A small 5 seater SUV or an enormous truck with no cover and nowhere to put my luggage. I told her I needed the 7 seater since I have car seats and boosters to fit in but there weren't any available cause other locations had been calling her for them. So I opted for the SUV since there were "no other options." The car had dog hair on the seats and floor and a smell like someone had smoked in it. So I called customer service. The man was lovely and arranged for me to do a swap at the airport this evening. So I drove across the city, pull in and explain I'm here for a swap, only for them to tell me they don't do that here at airports in Canada, there is nothing they can do to help me and I will have to take this vehicle back. So now, unless my location is open tomorrow, it looks like I won't be travelling tomorrow to see my family. I am beyond frustrated, disappointed and angry. This is absolutely not acceptable and I can't go anywhere else because I can't clear it with my insurance. Well, I guess I could if I want to pay (at minimum) $1000 out of my own pocket. I've been using Enterprise car rentals for the past several years and have almost always been satisfied. During our recent visit to Calgary, we rented a car from Enterprise and my experience has been good. The hotel that I stayed at was three or four blocks from this Enterprise location and they offered to pick us up for free. The pick up service could have been a little friendlier, the driver pulled up in front of the hotel and when we came out didn't even say hi or offer to help us load the bags. Apart from that, the lady at the counter was amiable and quick. Returns were also simple. They even helped us call a cab to take us to the airport. read more

Customer service upon pick up was great. Vehicle was perfect for what we needed it for. The nightmare ensued after returning the vehicle. Random payments coming off my visa and then being refunded and then turning up again 4 months later. The most disorganized company I've ever dealt with. We called and asked for receipts on numerous occasions and did not receive them. Had to go down and cause a scene just to get receipts so that we could match up what they had taken off. If they offered me free rentals for life, I STILL wouldn't use Enterprise. I'm sure they'd still "accidentally" put through a charge! Unless you're super bored, have tons of time on your hands and enjoy doing a company's accounting for them... Steer clear. read more

Thru cooperators I have to go to this enterprise branch. The service is good...picked me up at the body shop. And there are lots of them working to get the customers processed. They are pretty friendly and very knowlwdgable fast service. The drivers who drives you to the places needed to be picked up or dropped of are pretty good as well. The only thing...maybe place water dispenser since it gets hot. They do serve donuts first thing in the morning.. I'm pretty satisfied. read more

This Mark agent is a fraud he let us signed the document without informing us that he offered us an insurance for the car. We already have insurance why we should sign to buy another insurance that cost us $127 dollars for 1 week just for insurance to a small kia car. Our insurance paid the rental car but then he charged us another insurance that is a fraud he should be kicked out of that job! Our car is an SUV he said we are only allowed to have small car to rent paid by our insurance, we will have to pay additional on top of our insurance if we want an SUV I said no I don't want to pay then when we returned the car I just surprised he charged us for another insurance aside from rental fees paid by our own insurance.. read more

Awesome customer service! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Since we were from out of town, they gave us great advice for our short stay in the area. I highly recommend coming here to rent a car. Also as a complimentary service, they will pick you up and drop you off at your location of choice. We were visiting from California and they gave us a ride to the airport which was very convenient for us. Inder is the assistant manager, and it was a pleasure to work with him. He gave us a good first impression, very personable guy. Every staff member we interacted with was very pleasant as well. read more

Ok I am not exaggerating at all when I say the staff at this location of enterprise are easily the friendliest most courteous & personable people on the planet! You would think renting a vehicle is a pretty mundane thing and the process would be dry and formal but somehow these guys seem to have an unlimited resource of positivity to bless you with and I always feel great when I visit. Because of insurance I had to go to this enterprise. They were great, until I had to return my vehicle. I returned it at closing time, when I got home I realized I left my sons boots (ones I bought two days prior) in the car. When I called they were closed. I called the next morning as soon as they opened. She said she'd go look and call me back. No phone call. I called after work and she put me on hold to go look. Came back and said no boots. I emailed customer service who said the manager would get in touch with me. Not only has he not but he's made NO attempt to even call me and say they were looking into it. I'm appalled and disgusted that someone would steal my SONS boots (he's a big kid and they were a size 10 men's). Disgusting enterprise absolutely disgusting. If you do rent a car from this location, please ensure you're perfect and don't forget anything in the vehicle before returning it. read more

I have normally been happy with my experience renting vehicles from Enterprise, however that was not the case from my last rental. I rented a truck from the downtown Calgary location and when I returned the vehicle I was told there was damage to the rocker panel below the passenger side door. I do not believe I caused the damage, but cannot prove that and maybe somehow the damage did occur when I had the vehicle. My issue is that the vehicle was not detailed when I picked it up which meant I would not have seen the supposedly damaged area as it was covered with dirt. I will still rent from Enterprise, but not from this location. read more

I was sent to Enterprise when my vehicle was in the body shop following a hit and run, from the initial phone calls to set up to the vehicle pick up and drop off I had a very positive experience. Our upgrade reservation was misplaced but without hesitation it was dealt with immediately, despite my obvious displeasure the gentleman behind the counter were incredibly accommodating and genuinely nice making it impossible for me to walk out upset. When I dropped off the vehicle they addressed me by my name, remembered the details of my visit and were incredibly personable. Great service, great employees, and very accommodating! read more

I could not go lower then one star. They have the worst customer service, especially if they know that your insurance company will be paying for the rental. They will offer you cheapest, crappiest car available once they find out that it will be your insurance replacement car. I reserved the car on the phone & they confirmed the availability. After few hours when I went to pick it up they did not have the reserved car or any other car in that class. I went home and called their 1-800 number to reserve a car without telling them that my insurance company will be paying for it and they confirmed that all classes of cars were available at the same location. In the past they tried to charge my credit card without any authorization or any due charges. read more

I had a confirmed reservation days before my trip , but when I stooped by their office and try to up my car, they rented the car to someone else instead, and they said they do not know what is going on. Would give negative stars if possible Had the most unpleasant experience from profoundly sub par personnel. After an excellent experience at Enterprise Crowfoot location, I was pleased when a auto repair shop arranged for a rental from Enterprise while my vehicle was under repair.I was picked up by a less than cordial driver. After a 15 minute wait I was given a smoked in vehicle with a rattling licence plate.Returned the vehicle after a week. I was once again, due to some unfinished work on my vehicle, picked up by the same less than cordial driver for a 1 day rental. This time the wait was 20 minutes while the vehicle was being prepared for rental. Upon check out a usual walk through was done and I was on my way. I returned the vehicle after 6 hrs or so and 6 km. usage. Only drove to work and back to return the vehicle. I had to wait for 20 minutes before someone was dispatched to inspect the vehicle. He went through a surgical and in depth 10 minute inspection of the vehicle and advised there was body damage on the vehicle. The damage as it turned out were dents not even visible to the naked eye and was by no means a recent damage. I expressed strongly the total experience was not business like and unprofessional at least. I endeavored to speak to the individual who had checked out the vehicle to me and was met with a rude and accusatory reception, a tall east Indian chap with glasses. I received a phone call from them a couple days later expressing deep apologies for the experience and verification the damage was not caused recently. This without doubt was my last experience with Enterprise. I don't recommend anyone to rent from this outfit.and if you must then make certain you go through a surgical and thorough review of the vehicle upon check out and preferably take photographs and also have lot of time available to put up with third world service standard. read more

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I had arranged an early morning pick up the day before, the person on the phone told me it was arranged for the following day and someone would call first thing in the morning. I never received a call and wrongly assumed someone would be at my house for what I thought was the arranged pick up time, after 15 min had passed I called the location and was informed that it would be an hour for pick up. When I expressed my frustration at being now late for work and that I was completely misinformed by an employee the day before I was treated extremely rudely on the phone by the representative and was also treated rudely by the manager I was then passed to. I am pregnant and was just in a bad accident and it is stressful enough dealing with everything else on top of being so rudely treated by this location. I have used the SE locations before during hail claims and they were absolutely delightful. My advice stay AWAY from the 26 ST NE location they are giving Enterprise a bad name! read more

So far my experience with this locations sucks. Fist time I went there, I had to drop off my rental which I had picked up downtown, and pick up my car from the autobody shop. I had to wait 30 minutes for Enterprise to give me a ride to the shop. Now I have to get another rental because of my insurance company from this location. When I called to confirm my insurance had sent a request for a rental, Enterprise told me they don't have a request. I was connected with the manager who appeared annoyed having to speak to me. He asked me for the claim number and when I requested for him to wait a minute, he told me to call back tomorrow. He would not wait for a minute to get my note with the claim number. All in all I experienced the individual very unfriendly on the phone. I am very worried to pick up a car from there and even consider renting it downtown and rather paying for a taxi to get to and from the bodyshop downtown. Not a location I would recommend. read more
