The team was more than understanding and accommodating regarding this very scary and unusual situation and had a car ready for us the moment we arrived. Michael, another gentleman (I believe his name was Samir?), and I believe the Branch Manager bent over backwards to address our concerns and made us feel comfortable with our replacement rental. Our second vehicle was very comfortable and served us very well during our trip. At the end of our trip, we received a discount off our booking for the inconvenience we experienced. Given how Michael, Samir (?), and the entire team handled and rectified our situation end-to-end, I would definitely rent from this Enterprise location again. Pro Tip: Going forward, I plan on giving any vehicle I rent a thorough inspection, regardless of the company or city. We checked engine oil level for all of the cars offered to us to ensure we didn't have a repeat problem. Given the volume of cars going through this branch and the conditions these cars are driven through (mountain roads, hail, etc), it seems these cars are put through a lot and some issues may slip through the cracks compared to your average metro rental car.

I was promised a refund for the ticket given the grave miscommunication error on their end. In exchange I promised to update my comment and post on how they fairly amended the situation and their great partnership. WHAT A JOKE. They did not uphold their end at all, even after promising me this would happen. This further enraged me only further reinforced their disrespect of their customers. I am truly in shock they promised me this and then backed out YET AGAIN. Whatever you do, do NOT go here. They treat their customers like garbage. Go anywhere else.

I called them (they close at 5pm) and informed them of my delay. They assured me they would wait for me and let me know how to get from the airport to their location as the shuttles were all closed and they would be closing in ten minutes. Finally got through customs and the hold up at the airport, took a cab and arrived at the store location at 5:30--thirty minutes AFTER they had already closed. Don't remember the girls names that stayed but they had the vehicle already pulled out and ready to go. They waited for me to arrive and pick up the vehicle and saved,e a fortune in cab fare as well as hassle the next day. I will definitely refer others to them as well as use their service again. They have arrangements with a hotel just north of the airport for early morning drop off as well. I received a free upgrade to a NICE new SUV that was awesome and greatly appreciated.

Jobo met us at our hotel at 8 o'clock sharp and from there we spent the entire day seeing the wonders of the nearby mountains. We saw more in one day than I could have managed in three days, all without being rushed at all. It pays to have someone who is intimately familiar with the area as your guide. Although the information on the signage was more than sufficient, Jobo provided additional color regarding each of the stops. Jobo was very friendly, courteous, and it was an absolute pleasure to be in his company. The vehicle was very clean, stocked with ample water, and very well-maintained. I highly recommend ABest Transport and Tour Services Inc, and their "rider driven" philosophy, which Jobo exemplified. The next time that we are on holiday in Calgary, we know who we will contact for a tour.

In November 2024, we had arranged through Carstar to rent with Enterprise Okotoks while our damaged vehicle was being repaired. My husband went to get the rental and had to wait for over an hour due to them not having any cars available except one that needed an oil change. We were told that there would be a vehicle ready, and there were no vehicles ready at the time of pick up. My husband was subsequently late for work due to the mismanagement of time and Enterprise having to do an oil change in order to free up a single vehicle. After our damaged vehicle was unable to be fixed due to a missing part at Carstar, we set up a new repair last week, and was provided with the only rental car left for Okotoks Enterprise, which was a fairly new Mercedes. There was a crack in the windshield that was noted at time of pick up. Not only did the trunk smell like smoke (we do not smoke and wanted a nonsmoking vehicle), it also had crumbs within the seats. It was not properly cleaned before being rented to us. They explained that any damages under two inches during the rental period would be considered normal wear and tear and we would not be responsible for any damages. After hardly using the car during the rental period (I was not going to drive a car that expensive, no thanks!) it was essentially parked in our garage and only used a handful of times for my husband to drive to work. Upon returning the vehicle yesterday, Okotoks Enterprise has reached out claiming that the windshield crack happened during our rental period, along with a tiny little piece of the bumper that appears to be missing. I'm talking the size of three grains of rice. Both "damages" are being blamed on us. Enterprise Okotoks are trying to scare us with a threat of collections if we don't make a claim through our insurance to cover this cost! This is now causing undue stress and I truly encourage everyone who rents there to pull out their phones and take videos or photos of the rental vehicle and look for anything that they might pin on you to repair after the fact, when you had nothing to do with that damage. I am not sure what to do now, other than continue to refuse to put through a claim, as the damages did not occur while we had the car in our possession.

Upon arrival the only vehicle available was either a car or mini van. When I said that I specifically reserved one over a month ago and phoned stating a SUV again before coming in , was basically given a shoulder shrug. Then the policy they have on rock chips in windshield is ridiculous; like we have control over rocks hitting the windshield. Anyway, not impressed and won't be using them again! Since my review I phoned and let them know I still was not happy. They made sure to find me a SUV and switch me over. They were fast efficient and professional. Left happy.
