truck was stolen and had to rent a vehicle under insurance from them. Had to keep the truck an extra night after insurance coverage finished and was told it would be 40 dollars. They ended up charging me $378 dollars for the extra night saying first that I dropped the vehicle off 3 extra days later (which i did not), and then insisting i caused damaged, which i did not. They agreed to refund me and then still did not, even after calling repeatedly to check on my refund which they still insisted was coming. Its been two months and they are still trying to charge me for damage and late fees. Will not use this service again and recommend against Enterprise. Very unimpressed. read more

Booked a car through Melissa on July 29, as my vehicle was going in for hail repairs. She took all my information over the phone and we arranged meeting at the body shop on July 31, at 4 pm. (She did tell me she was out of the office, but was writing the booking on paper) .I wanted a later time, but she told me their office closed at 5 and they needed to be back at it by then. I arranged to leave my job 2.5 hours early to meet her, and much to my dismay they were not at the body shop with a rental for me. Three phone calls and 1/2 hour later, someone finally answered the phone. It was Melissa, and I questioned where my rental was....that is when she asked if I had received a confirmation email about a reservation. I told her no, as I did not know that I was supposed to receive one, and that I had booked through her on Monday personally. At that point she told me, well you never booked a rental then! I asked how I was supposed to get home, or to work the next day...I live 25 km from town, and she basically told me it wasn't her issue and they could do nothing to help me. I asked to speak to her manager, and she had left for the day already, so I asked her to contact her so we could get the mess sorted out. Nope. No help. She informed me that she would have the manager call me in the morning....they open at 8 am. It's now 1:15 pm the following day and I still have not heard from anyone. And I lost 2.5 hours of work over the ordeal. The customer service is by far the poorest I have delt with in a very long time. Melissa simply did not care, or offer apologies at all. She even at one point admitted talking to me on the Monday but not booking me a car. Rating..extremely POOR!!! read more

Had to rent a car due to my truck getting totalled. Norberto the manager was fantastic came right to my house to pick me up I live out in Sundre a good 30 minutes away from their shop. Ensured that the vehicle was suitable for my needs and stayed in contact as I had to extend my rental a couple times.
