I miscalculated and while the driver did attempt to message me several times with all the noise at the airport I didn't see the message. Upon finally making it to the pick up point, no taxi. I called Blue Line and the dispatcher remembered my name and once I explained he patched me through to our driver. He was very pleasant and arrived to pick us up. I cannot thank Blueline enough for the courteous and friendly service there and back.

When we were returning from our trip, we called the company for a pick-up from the airport back to Airdrie. We advised the driver what airline we were using and the time of our arrival. The driver kept in constant communication with us (by text) to get updated arrival information. When we landed, the driver was exactly where he said he would be and right on time. The service was excellent! The driver was friendly, very polite, and went above and beyond (with the handling of our luggage). The cab itself was very clean.

On the way from Red Deer to Calgary airport, the driver was taking personal phone calls. He…read morereceived a phone that his relative passed away and needs to attend a funeral within 3 hours (not long enough for him to make our trip and get back). He then called his headquarters and informed them that the road was unsafe and he will have to return back to Red Deer. There was a small snow storm, but none of the hundreds of cars were turning back. After several phone calls, they informed us that they won't get us a replacement taxi. They actually suggested calling Associate Taxi instead. Great way to do business. Never rely on this company on any critical travel plans.

Nothing special, nothing out of the ordinary. Not all cab drivers were created equal. Before the new call system was put in place with all the cabs, I did find they would fail to show up at the least convenient times. But I haven't seen that happen for a while now.
