Don't use this place. I had an insurance claim done for my truck due to the hailstorm in March. Enterprise scheduled me to be picked up that morning after I delivered my truck to the shop. I stood there for 45 minutes with no call, text, or email to let me know they weren't coming. Once I paid to uber to the nearest enterprise, they told me they had no vehicles available. Why would they schedule me for 9am on Monday if there were no vehicles available?? They then promised to call me by 4:30pm when they got a new shipment of vehicles. Again, no call, no text, no email. I had to call out of work 4 days in a row, paid for Ubers to go everywhere, and they kept making false reservations and promises. Never called me, texted me or any communication. I even called the management and they hung up on me when I said they had a contract to uphold with my insurance and I needed to be compensated for the work I had to miss due to this headache. I cancelled enterprise and went with another rental company and they got me covered next day. I will never use enterprise again. I would rate this a 0 if I could. Horrible management, absolutely zero communication, and cost me a lot of time and money. read more

Great service and speed of transaction! Zachary S. was agent that greeted me after my ride picked me up from body shop; he was very efficient and got me in the perfect rental! When I return the rental, I was pleased to see Zachary at the counter, and he asked me how my rental experience was and quickly arranged for my transport back to the body shop. This was the seamless and well oiled experience, and I hardly recommend Enterprise rentals, they have always treated me well. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would because they don't even deserve that. I made a reservation a month before I needed my rental. I get there today and they do not have a car for me. I reserved a full size suv and was then told they didn't have any but I could get this truck. I declined because I wanted what I had reserved and my family would not fit in a truck. I must give them 1 star because they have still not provided me with a car. Through my insurance company, I made arrangements for a rental car about a month ago. But, when I showed up on the appointed day, they still did not have a car for me. They told me to call in and they would let me know if and when the car was available. The following day, I called them three times, but no one ever answered. Same thing today. This is the Enterprise Rent-A-Car located at 4095 Highway 6, near the Harley-Davidson dealership. read more

I leased a Volkswagen with their national office. When I arrived at the local office in Bryan, that car was unavailable and I was upgraded at no additional charge. The office was slammed, busy, but I was on my way in 15 minutes. Customer service was stellar, as was my lease car. read more

I have come to expect poor customer service anywhere I go, however, the lack of service; rude, condescending attitude at this Enterprise location certainly takes the cake. There were 8 people in this location and we stood at the counter for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged...and that's after being placed on hold for 32 minutes prior to arriving. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They gave us the option to do a partial day rental, and, since the tank was less than half full, let us bring it back empty. They also told us that, since we had to wait to pick up the cargo van, we could return it the next day. read more

I have used Enterprise many times throughout the years. I know the employees are required to offer their insurance as an add on, however when I dealt with one employee, Spencer, he just wouldn't take no for an answer. I told him no, and he continued to harass me about the additional insurance. He kept saying it was his job to explain it to me. I replied asking if it was also his job to harass customers. He rudely replied "well you clearly don't understand and are throwing a hussy." By far the worst customer service experience I've ever received and because of it do not use this location anymore. read more

They'll let you wait an entire week, let you pay for a Lyft then tell you no (bc of *their lack of good communication) and not care. At all. I have never been treated so poorly by someone who is in customer service. The manager of the Bryan branch, Luke, took a threatening tone with me about a rental bill to be paid by my car's manufacturer. My vehicle broke down and was towed to the service center and the manufacturer was to pay for the rental. Car pickup and rental went smooth. The car manufacturer only authorized one week of rental and not two. Instead of Luke contacting the manufacturer for the over due amount, he said I had to pay the extra week. He actually hung up on me and told me I was being threatening. Huh? Do not do business with this branch. Update. After I did their work and called the car manufacturer, they extended the coverage to two weeks. It was Corporate that reached out to me to confirm all was fixed and payed off. read more

I had my car flood due to a recent rainstorm. My insurance reserved a car for me through the Bryan Enterprise location. I required a ride & the gentleman who picked me up was delightful. There was no line when I arrived (which I'm told is unusual) & I was given an almost brand new Nissan. Thankfully, before I left the agent spotted a chip in the windshield & noted it. Honestly, I was so tired I would have never noticed. The car was great. I'm returning it today in Houston as I'm in the middle of moving. I just called the Bryan location to inquire about the fuel level when I received it. The agent, Byron, was very helpful & kind. Although I doubt I'll need to rent again from this location, I would highly recommend it to anyone. read more

If I could give them a zero star rating I would. We tried to get a rental today and had the most difficult time with them. Our car was suppose to be ready by 9 for pickup. They didn't ask for any information til after we waited 45mins. Also we had to wait for the car that just got here 20mins ago. It's 9:56 now! They still haven't gave us the car. If they would've went over all these issues before we even got here we would be fine! We have somewhere to be due to it being move in day. We will never be going here again. This is the most ridiculous/stupid thing. I've never had to deal with this ever using enterprise. Terrible! read more

I went to pick my rental car up after being in a car accident and I arrived a few moments after closing. People were still out cleaning cars, full staff inside sitting on computers. I arrived to pick up my ONLY transportation and knocked on the door. Then two men stared at me for five minutes and looked at each other as in "who's dealing with her" A man with glasses walked up and opened the door in the rudest manner and acted as though I were a robber or ruining his day. He peeked his head out the door and I explained that my attorney told me it would be okay to pick my car up now since he just for off of the phone with them. The man rudely said "can't tot just come back in the morning" and I said "I was just in an accident and won't have a way back here." He could not have cared less. He said "you can just come back in the morning. We are closed." Then I walked back to the car. I hope he has a blessed day. Worst customer service from him. read more

This was an insurance rental, so I guess Enterprise saw me as an entitlement transaction. The auto was delivered, as advertised, to the repair shop where I'd turned in my truck. The insurance company had requested another pickup or equivalent. What I got was a Malibu. Upon delivery, it had the "windshield wiper fluid" warning staring me in the face when I got it. It also had a tag on the rearview that said that it had passed all the functional and cleanliness inspections. Right! It smelled like a homeless chain smoker had been driving it for ten years. After a few days, I couldn't stand it any longer and took it back. I had to stand in line with other customers in the direct sunlight on an asphalt parking lot in the 100-degree heat with neither shade nor water available. Nobody could go inside due to pandemic restrictions. The Enterprise hadn't exactly thought this thing through, even though it's been going on for a couple of months. Way to go! They brag about being a family-owned business. Must be a totally dysfunctional family. I'm disappointed that USAA can't seem to do better than to carry on business with a sub-par enterprise (pun intended). read more

The worse service ever. Made arrangements on Monday to pick up car on Thursday evening for and insurance clam. Get to the store and they tell me my insurance is only a "coupon" for a car and automatically charge me with an up charge. This is the way you take advantage of TAMU students! Absolutely the worst service. I had a horrible experience with them some months ago but for some reason decided to give them another try. I had made reservations, got there today and the young man helping me was trying to explain to me the different options for coverage of damages. At one point he said my credit card would be charged $1,000. At my shock he apologized and was starting to clarify when his manager came over, shoved him out of the way and told him not to apologize to me. The manager then turned to me and in a very snarky manner said that I was the one who wanted something from them and that I should watch my tone and that my options were to either pay the $1,000 or call my credit card company and prove to him that I had rental car insurance coverage as part of my agreement with them. Keep in mind that I didn't even have time to develop any "tone" yet since the young man had been interrupted in his explanation. So I told the manager I had a 3rd option and that was to simply not use them. I walked out. The people at the airport where I got my car instead were great. I also received free upgrades usually during the weekend and the provision of pick and drop from home is just so much convenient. Recommended! read more
