I rented a car for 2 days, looked it over when I got it and when I dropped it off -NO damage. It was a newer Honda Civic or Accord. I also filled the gas tank to full before dropping it off. And they charged me $21.90 for a $4.09 toll fees! I was told to text my Uber receipt to the airport after dropping off the car and they'd refund my Uber but I've yet to see that refund hit my account. Unnecessary overage on fees and lies about an Uber refund! DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM U-SAVE!!! *You've been warned.* I would have saved more in fees, time and effort by using Hertz or Enterprise!

One day we went to an air show at a small county airport and they made you park in the grass... Turns out when you park in the grass, sometimes a little bit of grass gets in the vehicle... Upon returning the vehicle, the rude worker inspected the vehicle and said there was going to be a "detailing fee" unless I wanted to go vacuum it myself. Lady says "there's pet hair in the car"... I told the lady, no animals were in the vehicle, so we go outside so she can show me... she points to some blades of dried out grass and I say "that's grass"... she replies the I need to "return the car like it was when I picked it up"... I've done at least 100 rentals in my time and I was returning this car cleaner than 90 percent of those rentals... not once have I ever been told I need to go vacuum the car or I'd have an added expense... she didn't say what the detailing fee was, but a sign I saw later when returning the vacuumed vehicle said $400 for cars that had smoke, mud, sand or pet hair (no grass).
