I had to have my car towed to Safeway one night a few months ago. The engine worked fine but stick shift would not get out of park. It was there overnight. I called the next day and they said they'd have to order a part and it would probably be in the next day or the one after that. They said it would only take a few hours once they got the part. I called after 3 days, then four days, then I waited a couple of days more before calling. They said the Ford rep should be in that afternoon. I called around 2. He didn't arrive. I waited 11 days for the part to come in. I called the Ford dealership in Seekonk and asjed how kong should that part for my particular car take to come in. They said the next day; 2 at the very longest. When I finally called on the 11th day, they said it would only take a couple of hours and they would call me when it was ready. I waited almost all day. They close at 5 pm. I called at 4:45. It wasn't ready they said. I drove with my sister to Safeway and got there just before 5. They said it was ready and parked on the side of the building,but they obviously had no intention of calling me. When I paid my bill, the guy said that the area around the stick shift was covered and caked in crud. Now this is when I decided thst I would never go back to this establishment. Because I have an extremely clean and well maintained 2008 Ford Explorer. Many people have comnented on how it looks almost brand new. I wash and wax the exterior faithfully. I shampoo the carpets myself and they look brand new. I DO NOT LEAVE AN OUNCE OF TRASH IN IT...EVER! I DON'T EAT IN IT. AND EVEN MY GRANDCHILDREN KNOW THAT GRANDMA KEEPS HER CAR CLEAN and they throw out any trash. So when they told me there was "Caked on crud" in the front console, I knew they were lying to me. I think they lied to me repeatedly about when the part would arrive and I KNEW they were lying to me about the filth in the stick shift area. That is the worst thing anyone can do in business and definitely don't ever lie to a woman. I do not recommend this business and will never return.

    I have been here a multiple times. After multiple issues I've finally stopped going…read more Visit 1 : I got new tires put on. After I got home I noticed they were ALL on backwards. The tires are labeled "inside" and were clearly imprinted. I brought it back the next day for them to fix. They had my car for the majority of the day again. About 6 hours. They offered no discount or incentive to come back. I though my car would be a priority seeing they messed up they day prior. Visit 2: I went in for a noise under my hood. They said a belt needed to be replaced. They had already replaced this belt 4 months prior. Why it was already needing replacement again is beyond me. They had to take the front passenger tire off. When I came to get my car, that tire was put on BACKWARDS AGAIN! Visit 3: I went in for an exhaust issue. They patched it up and said I would need a new Exhaust manifold replaced sooner than later. They gave me an estimate of $780. A few months went by and I could notice it getting louder and exhaust smell in my car. I took it to another local automotive service center and they said the manifold was fine and it just needed some other minor work done which cost only $230 verses the $780 Tweets was going to charge for unnecessary replacements. Every time I have come here there has been an issue, but I've continued to go because it's a walk down the street from my house and convenient. Luckily for me I have found a new auto repair shop which is also a walk down the street. They are much cheaper and more reliable. I Will never come back here again.

    On May 31st I had order a u-Haul and the women that I was deal with was very nice and I had a good…read moreexperience even when I forgot to bring back the hend truck she was very nice about and didn't charge me and on October 10th my sister had called to have my fathers truck towed and Jeff come and did and amazing job he was quick and sociable and he was very nice talking to my sister and my father and they spoke highly of him and I was happy to hear that Jeff was a decent guy
