Trevor was Amazing to work with and had great customer service. I've had terrible experiences in the past with many enterprise locations canceling my reservation with out warning no communication whatsoever and they did not care to let me know in advance or help when I arrived. Trevor immediately gave me a call to let me know the car I had reserved had issues and was so helpful to accommodate me and get everything resolved! do not rent at this enterprise at all cost after spending $5000 on a rental for 6 months they sent me a later saying the car would be reported stolen if i did not return that second even though i was paid up and owed them no money. the corporate manager named megan said i could keep the car as long as needed. i am filing a lawsuit against enterprise for my horrible experience and the amount i spent on the 2 years of rentals i paid them. no customer should be threaten to be arrested if rental is not returned even thought i was paid up and they never said anything pior. megan and brent with enterprise need to be fired. read more

The service was beyond great! Jonathan was helping me on that Saturday morning. Very professional gentleman, they were short staffed that morning and Jonathan was able to manage every customers to make sure no one is being left behind or feel some type of way. Natalie on the other hand, she was trying her very best helping out the customers as fast as she can professionally so the customers can get their vehicles and send them on their way without delaying them with their plans. Very great environment they even let me park my personal vehicle on their lot and let me pick it up later that day. Definitely recommend this place if you need a car. read more

They put on a good face at this Bountiful location, but do very little in terms of customer service. After using Enterprise for 10+ years I'm sometimes bewildered at how NOT helpful they are here. They seem to care very little about their evergreen customers. I don't think it's a company wide issue, but on more than one occasion I've witnessed very bad service at this location. read more

This is for the Enterprise in Anaheim CA but really the customer service department as a whole so I'm sure the people at the actual place are great. The customer service agents (even the supervisor) were HORRIBLE! Treated me so poorly and were not truthful in our car rental agreement. We have been using Enterprise for years and are so ashamed of how we were treated. Won't be using enterprise again because of how poorly customer service handled our case. Was given incorrect vehicle size (a large dodge Durango) and immediately complained. The car was huge, got terrible gas mileage, and would not fit into my garage. I was told there were no other vehicles available (despite my reservation being made 1 week in advance) and that I could call to change out the vehicle later. When I called later to see if there were any other vehicles I was told over the phone that there were customers in the building and that they would look and call me back. Never got my call returned. I called two days later to work this out and an employee let me know a replacement vehicle would be ready that afternoon. My reservation was for a SUV. I gave them back the Durango and then was given a Nissan Kicks with 2/wd. This car was a go kart and I did not feel safe in this on the highway, let alone on interstate roads that I would be driving on. I drove the Nissan home and then immediately came back to get my original vehicle. Not happy with my experience at all. I travel and rent cars pretty often and have to say this was the best experience I've ever had with a car rental location. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They called me a few days prior to the trip to confirm we are still renting a car and to inform me of their location (they moved and Google maps will correctly route to the location). They called once during the trip to check on how the rental was going and they also immediately knew about the car's maintenance schedule when I asked about the oil change schedule (the reminder was popping up on the car, but it just needed to be reset). We also filled the tank more than they requested upon return and they actually credited us back the extra amount we spent to fill it. Highly recommend!!! read more

We had to get a rental car through our insurance because of an accident. Jake was amazing to work with, super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Jason however doesn't seem to know what he is talking about. I called to get clarification on our end date & he said that our truck must have been totaled. Then he immediately followed up with "Are you in the market for a new truck?". I said "No, it is just a bumper being replaced." I hung up and called the insurance and shop to verify. They confirmed that everything was fine and that they set the date because the work on the truck should be completed by the end date. About an hour later I got a call from John at an enterprise car sales saying that "Jason said that you were in the market for a new car." I am amazed at how nonchalant Jason seemed to be about the possibility that our truck was totaled, then took it upon himself to refer us to car sales like it was no big deal. If I had only dealt with Jake I would have given this place 5 stars. read more

Performance Ford paid for my rental car from Enterprise because they damaged my car and had to do additional repairs. I ended up getting in a 7-car pileup and got hit by two cars, while driving the rental. The Enterprise agent mentioned nothing about additional insurance or a damage waiver, so I assumed Ford was paying for it - that would've made sense. Turns out Ford didn't pay for additional insurance or a waiver. So then I found out I have to pay a deductible to Enterprise, regardless of who's at fault. A store representative was pressuring me to pay it on the spot, as soon as I called the branch about the wreck. I just got out of a wreck and you're telling me "we need your money, which card should I charge?" ??? So after my next paycheck, I kept trying to pay the $500 deductible Enterprise told me I'd have to pay. (Keep in mind the claim hasn't even been resolved with all 7 drivers yet). I called the 1-800 number and was told that I have to get a bill for it before I can make a payment... I got an email with an itemized list of expenses and pictures of the damages and that the repairs cost over $13,000. Still never got a bill for my deductible. I went onto their claimtopay website and it told me to pay the $13k+. LOL that is not happening. I've tried emailing the email address provided for Damage Recovery, but it's been weeks and they've still not replied. I want this stupid wreck OUT of my life and I want to stop thinking about it every waking moment. Enterprise is NOT allowing that to happen for me. read more

I went to another car company first. Even though I had reserved a car, they said they didn't have any cars available and to see if I could make my way to the airport and try my luck there--no offer of transportation, no calling ahead to help, nothing. I had my 4 year old and a car seat. I had to call a friend to get me. I went to Enterprise the next day and had the opposite experience. They upgraded my car when mine wasn't available. They were helpful in making sure everything worked. They gave me a number in case I had problems. My car's in the shop longer than anticipated and I've had to rent from them twice in two weeks. Both times they were awesome. I'd recommend them in a second. read more

This was a convenient location for pickup and return with a good selection of vehicles. At the time I'm not sure of the administrative task being completed for release of funds on my credit card after returning the vehicle, i.e. related to insurance. My experience started out good then it went bad in a real big hurry in a snowstorm I slid into a curb and pop the tire there's no spare in the in the car I was unable to change the tire and just take it in so instead I had to wait for 3 days for them to send a tow truck to pick up the car I accidentally left a backpack in the car while I waited for this for these three days I could not get my backpack out they would not work with me they gave me the run-around on the phone all the time I was put on hold for longer than 15 minutes three different times this company does not know customer service they should not even be in business I had a horrible experience i will never use this business again read more

So incredibly disappointed. I've used Enterprise a lot in the past in a variety of locations and states. This is the first time I've had bait and switch pulled on me. My reservation was for a certain time and a certain car type. I arrived and they didn't have the car, and wanted me to a) pay an additional $10 to upgrade or b) stand around and wait for the correct car to come back from an oil change at the dealer. We have rented from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Bountiful quite a few times over the past few years. We've rented a car when our car has been in the shop, we've rented a cars when we've driven to California several times. We have never had a bad experience with this particular location. Their staff is always extremely helpful and willing to get us the best car for our situation, at a great price. (had a claim with my insurance and the insurance company of the driver that hit us.) Then 2 days later they charge me $117 and now wont return my calls.
