First - you don't want a golf cart, you want to buy something that you can register as an LSV (low speed vehicle) This means you can drive it at night. Jeff in sales was fantastic on the customer service side of things. (I am in sales so I am very critical of those that are all great before the sale and then they disappear after) Jason - one of the owners is superb to deal with with any issue after the sale The Crew at S2 has been fantastic to deal with and they put you first and keep you there after the sale. You can't say that about many places selling something with wheels or without.

When Defalco towing arrived, the driver said that he "doesn't allow dogs in his cab". I told him it is my service dog and he shrugged his shoulders and told me "it doesn't matter". We got there the day of to pick up the rentals and he didn't have the car trailer and expected us to drive 2 hours away when it wasn't possible. We took the moving truck and loaded while he wasn't guaranteeing the he could get a trailer that day. I called and complained we got one but it was 5 hours later after we finished loading the truck. I had a full tank of gas but because we were moving we had no where to go!!! So, we had to sit in the parking lot for 5 hours with car running with A/C going because it was SC heat!!! We started on the road 5 hours later and with more than a 1/4 of the gas gone!! Because we didn't getnin the road until 5 pm we didn't get to our destination until midnight!!! Wehad to call after the thing was closed for complain and for compensation, which we did all we could get is 5-10% discount which is ridiculous!!! So, we asked to talk to a supervisor and was ignored because it kept ringing with no answered and we also emailed with no answer. The customer service is horrible!!!
