They only had one person working and although they were doing their best, it took too long to finally get my key. That is the only reason for the 4 stars review The car we got was comfortable and easy to drive but stank of cigarett smoke. When I called and asked for a different car, I was told I could exchange it without a problem. The exchange was quick and easy and we loved the new car. The staff was kind and courteous and I would definitely use them again.

Confused by the 3 star average, and no reviews for over a year? Shameful haha…read more Every time I've been here, I've been thoroughly taken care of. From start to finish each of their employees were beyond helpful and informative! My flight was delayed severely and I was nervous the branch was going to be closed. They had my vehicle waiting and paperwork ready to go with a smile. S/o to Brittany (Manager) , Travis or Trey (the nice redheaded gentleman) , as well as Dekari and the fine folks over at the return lot. I forgot my mask in haste and the car prep team was able to locate it for me. Car options have been so NICE I've thought about extending my work trip, I've pushed a Convertible Mustang and now my dream car Black BMW 740i. I know folks tend to just leave poor reviews but I believe in celebrating professionalism and great customer service. This location has both in abundance! May your PAY and ESQI remain forever high!

I finished making the reservation on the phone with the CSR before I walked into National to make the process faster. I informed him how I literally just made it and he said the call center doesn't know how they work onsite. He has no sympathy, cold, rude and didn't bother to try to help. Just brushed me off. Needless to say, my trip was canceled and I will NEVER rent from this place again. I've attached my RESERVATION for proof!

Everywhere in the resort was clean and well maintained. The pool was very clean. While swimming an employee went around and offered free ice creams sandwiches to the guests. The sites are very well shaded, which is super nice. Aside from that, not impressed and we won't be back to this location. There were ants everywhere. We're going to have to spray our camper when we get home because of how many ants were at this campground. The staff at the store/registration weren't super nice. It felt like we were asking a dumb question every time we asked something. Charging $100/day for a golf cart rental is wild behavior. Half of the splash pad didn't work and the ground needed a really good pressure wash. The hours of everything is odd - I've never stayed at any campground where the camp store closes at 4pm? Our last KOA 2 weeks ago, it closed at 7pm and their shuttle went until 9:30pm...so having a "shuttle" to the beach that stops at 3:30 in the afternoon is dumb and useless. Very unimpressed - will not be returning and we also do not recommend.

Check-in was an easy enough process. The sites were closer together than the other campgrounds we had visited. When we arrived at our spot (240), my husband had to maneuver around a tree at the very edge of the road/literally AT our pad. We couldn't have been assigned a worse spot for someone new at camping. After lots of tries, we finally got in. The other campers seemed stuffy and all an older crowd. They would gather for large dinners together and then after dark the campground was dead. Seemed like we were the only ones sitting outside at night. Would highly recommend renting a golf cart. Pros: extremely quiet (if you like that), dog-friendly (nice pet areas), level concrete sites, clean laundry facilities, overflow parking, close to area attractions, perfect place for retirees Cons: boring, difficult to back in, no fishing, no scenic views
