This Hertz location was extremely helpful with my rental experience. There was a lot of confusion…read moreand chaos on my end due to having been in two car accidents in just twenty short minutes. The manager at this location was very well educated on all topics discussed and even went out of his way to do research on some things I needed to finalize my rental. He was very well spoken about his policies and stuck to them! I appreciated this service even more because it took quite a bit of time to get my reservation complete, about two hours. We had great conversation and felt like we weren't bothering anyone by being there for so long. I'm just passing thru town and just so happened to have stumbled into this Hertz location. BUT, for anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and honest company I HIGHLY recommend this location The manager Chris Ducote was COOL as heck! He really made it so comfortable and easy to get things done! If I could give 10 stars I would! I really appreciate good customer service!!!

I've had the pleasure of going on three guided waterfowl hunts with Andrew, and I give him my…read morehighest recommendation. His passion for waterfowl hunting is extremely apparent and his expertise in the sport follows suit. Andrew puts an incredible amount of pride and hard work into giving you the most successful hunt possible. Everything is meticulously thought out from safety to equipment to hunting setup. He explained to me how scouting, weather, wind direction, timing and more go into deciding where to hunt for the day. When shooting time hits, the guy can flat out hunt. When birds start invading friendly air space, he is unreal at getting them to decoy. In our first hunt, he called in a group of 20-30 ducks at one point. Purely awesome. The three hunts I've been on have truly been top notch. If you want to shoot at a lot of ducks, while enjoying 5-star accommodations and chef prepared meals, and not have to worry about anything but showing up to shoot, I would highly recommend Jelk's Bayou Hunting Lodge.

Located on 18th Street next to the Smoothie Factory, the Monroe Travel Company boasts a small but effective travel agency business. The inside of the agency is inviting and comfortable with not long waits at all, provided you have an appointment. The agents are exceptionally helpful. I would make special mention of owner Jane Gunn. In booking my girlfriend and mine's cruise to Cozumel, Jane walked us through everything we should remember being first-time cruisers. She had also made the same cruise twice herself. She told us exactly what to think about and what to avoid, especially when spending our money. The human element of travel is so important when going somewhere and The Monroe Travel Company is the best in the city to go to!
