We flew into Ruston, LA and got an Uber to the Enterprise office because they inspired very little confidence when I asked them to schedule a pickup from the airport. When I got to Enterprise, they didn't have any cars available. Whatever....I figured I would just Uber to the hotel and Uber back once it was ready. I stayed 2 nights and called Enterprise multiple times and NEVER got a car. Huge embarrassment with my customer. That's the short version. Now, I've called corporate multiple times to file a complaint and have yet to receive a response. They just don't care AT ALL. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

The attendant was alone, untrained and inefficient. He had to call someone off site for every step of the rental. Also, the Check Engine light was on when I rented and stayed on for the week of my rental ("it's fine, we know" they said).
