I went to the Kenner, La (Williams Blvd) location on 5/3/2025 @8:30am. Went straight home & by 6:00pm, my driveway was covered with oil!!! My car had no oil!! We had to get my car towed to another mechanic to get fixed & assessed which means we had to spend more money. A simple oil change for $100 turned into a $450 oil change!! The worse part is that the owner of this location WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO MAKE AMENDS!!! Will NOT Refund my money!!! I have photos & proofs that it's their negligence. It's not eben about the money. When these so call "mechanics" touches you car, our lives in in their hands, so any mishaps could be indangering our lives. This could've ruined my engine. All we want is a REFUND....Not a new car!!! This is a HORIBBLE way to run your business!!!! read more

I give them a one star only because the workers are friendly. The manger or the head mechanic however makes me never want to visit here again. I came in because my tire had a nail in it and I needed the hole patched. The employees identified where the hole was and asked the manager if he could plug it . WITHOUT EVEN COMING TO SEE WHERE THE HOLE WAS ON THE TIRE , he automatically shook his head no and recommended that I spend my money on a new tire. This kind of of rude, lazy and careless behavior will drive customers away! I went to another mechanic down the street and they took my tire off, took the nail out and patched it for me all for $17. Not only did they change my oil and filter, they vacuumed my floors and washed the windows. From when I first pulled in all of the men were very nice and helpful. Overall I paid $55 and got exceptional service. Definitely recommend read more

So polite. Did not make me feel like I was a bother. I had called another local place and I got air blown at me like I was being a bother and basically told I needed to rush. Speedee was amazing!!! For fast and mega-friendly service on your oil change, go to Speedee. I was blown away by how nice the staff were and they thoroughly explain everything they check, how the status of your car is, and anything else that needs maintenance. I was a bit disappointed by the prices on the wall as they are extremely steep for my grad school budget, approximately $40+ for a basic oil change. Compared to Jiffy Lube back home ($25 with a coupon) this had me worried. Thankfully I asked what seemed to be the manager and he offered a discounted price of $35. For the extremely nice service though and speedeeness, I definitely will be back here time and time again. read more

I would not reccomend going to this place. The manager was very rude and he said he would check my transmission fluid. Well he sent a young man to go under my car and he broke off the bolt that hold fluid in. The manager said he had tried to find a plug all over town now I'm having to leave my car running so all fluid doesn't drain out. (Sealed transmission) I made 2 calls went bought the nut took it back to them so he puts the nut back on but refuses to put any transmission fluid back in my car because he didnt have the right equipment. I'm taking it to Ford place wed and expect some sort of reimbursement. Dont start a job that you know you cant do. Terrible experience all around. read more

Myself and another customer pulled in at the same time and walked to the door. There was a sign on the door that stated to remain in the vehicle and drive around and remain in vehicle. So I followed the directions and the other driver went back to their vehicle and remained in the parking lot. She eventually pulled in line after several minutes and was laughing and talking with one of the workers. . The gentleman was very nice and told me I would be next as soon as they had an opening. I had to back up to let the person in front of me out and as I was being motioned to pull up I was stopped and told the other girl was in line in front of me which she clearly wasn't since she didn't follow directions and remained parked in the lot for a while. I was told I would have to back out and wait for the next opening. I had to leave bc my lunch break was going to end before I got seen. I called to make an appt and was told that she was before me because she was confused. The worker wanted to argue with me that I could've waited and been next. That may have been so but I was being told all long I was next. The patron and the worker seems to have known each other as they were talking and laughing while everyone was waiting in line. I was able to get my oil changed fast with no issues what-so-ever. They informed me of lights that were out and offered to replace them. Came back later and they were also fixed a belt that was about to crack in my car. They offer student discounts on oil changes. They have coupons for just about everything else. They are probably the most affordable place in Ruston. I would recommend them to everyone. read more
