This place is, in a word, awful. The building's tucked away on 18th, and I've seen it around for years and never went in. The inside of it looks the part, place needing a remodel and is fairly cluttered with desks and various, honestly outdated looking, decoration. Truth be told, I'm not sure what all the people in there actually do!
You see, my wife and I decided to take a trip to Scotland this year, celebrating our first year of marriage. We checked around at the various tours and got some prices down, but we thought we'd give a local company a chance. Boy was that a mistake! We went in there and had to wait, and wait, and wait. Finally our agent came out, we went into her office. She was nice enough, I suppose, handed us a couple of catalogs, talked briefly about the people that just left, asked one or two questions and said she'd get back to us by the end of the week. Fast forward to months later, we've not heard anything from her. We decided to book our own trip, and to top it all off, in the weeks we waited to hear back from them, the price went up a few hundred bucks! Thanks a lot Travel Company. You won't be seeing our business.
