Not friendly or helpful. Couldn't be bothered to contact me in person that my insurance had quit paying. I owed an $871 and counting I found out because I called my credit card company I talked to a girl whom I think is Mena. She told me that the insurance woman from AAA was in contact about the issue. AAA denies this, and when they called to check, they told me that a call had been placed by Enterprise to my office phone on Jan. 15. There is no record and no proof of this on my end. Why didn't the Enterprise woman say this when I called, instead of blaming the insurance? And why wasn't my cell phone or email used as well, to make sure I got the message. I can't tell if someone is lying or just not very thorough or committed to customer care. When I called today and talked to branch manager Wade Busby, he did not seem interested at all. He seemed familiar with the case, but said he did not place the call and offered no details. He was very unsympathetic as well. This Altus location is very unprofessional and low budget. If I could give it NO STARS I would. Last year during Christmas the associate was having a hard time getting my vehicle ready.. when I saw that it was a 2 door convertible mazda I asked to get another car as I was needing to drive for 3 hours. He told me that it was the only vehicle they "had" and that it's hard to find something for someone who reserves on short notice. I should've filed a complaint then, but I figured since it was during the holidays I didn't need to add more stress on his life. Fast forward to now, and my mom went back to the same associate because the car they gave her had the check engine light on. He tells her to go the dealership to get it taken care of. I call corporate to file a complaint and they said that the proper protocol was to have their roadside assistance team look at it. This location needs to be reviewed or shut down. There is a hertz right across the street. I'm sure they're more than happy to welcome unsatisfied Enterprise customers to their company. read more
