Deciding to call this place up and stay here was the best decision I could have made regarding my housing for my training in Altus. The house is spacious with all up to date amenities (not to mention a sweet, widescreen TV in the common area, with an Xbox 360). Each room comes furnished with the essentials, and bi-weekly cleaning service (the cleaning ladies are very courteous and thorough). The house is in a quiet neighborhood that's close to base (about 5 min drive), and "downtown". The landlord is also really attentive, checks in on his tenants, and is overall a really stand up guy who takes the time to ensure there's nothing lacking in the house for your stay. If you're looking for a crashpad for your stay at Altus, you need to stay here . I'll be sure to try and get a room here again next time I'm in town. read more

Great crashpad! 3-5 minute commute depending how late you are, garage to protect every car from Oklahoma hail, a pool to cool off when it's 100°+ outside, and a moose rack staring at you while you're watching playoff hockey on the biggest tv in the neighborhood. read more

Great Crash pad! Really spacious, well furnished, very comfortable, and plenty of garage space so no fighting over parking spots! Owner is also very accessible and very helpful in case you might need anything. Made my long stay in Altus way more enjoyable...I almost forgot I was in Altus. I definitely recommend, and I will definitely stay here again! read more

I was very fortunate to find a family and pet friendly crashpad where I could bring my two dogs with me. They made my transition to a new home in a new city so easy. During the course of my stay (almost 6 months), they made sure I was stocked up on household supplies, had a house keeper come to clean the house and made sure the yard was always taken care of. I am grateful for such a wonderful and easy experience, and I'd absolutely stay with them again!

You MUST stay at this house if you are coming through Altus. There are four bedrooms each with their own 32 inch wall mounted TV, comfortable bed, dresser, closet, and desk. The living room has a monster 72 inch flatscreen and every channel you can imagine is available. Don't worry about parking either since there are three garages and a large driveway. If you are there during summer months a pool is right in the backyard. It is also approximately two minutes from base. There are absolutely no negative aspects about staying here. read more

The grass was always cut and trees were trimmed. if there was any issue they would take care of it immediately. The rates were comparable to other nearby locations. They have city water, sewage , trash and electricity. The city can be a little hard to manage at times but that is no reflection on Nancy or Randy. We will be reserving a spot if we every get work in the area again! I highly recommend this location & the owners are top notch!

The concierge called to find out what happened,and she said the cab company stated the drivers "don't like to do local runs, only to and from the airport." I almost missed my train due to their negligence and unreliability. They never should have acccepted the reservation if they knew this.The concierge was able to get another cab company to 'do her a favor' and assist a customer (me) to get to the train station on time.
