We had an emergency situation, we were driving from Nevada and out of nowhere a metal piece (later found out it was our skid plate) came off of our car and got stuck underneath, we were able to get it out, but we're afraid it may have caused damage (especially since we have no knowledge of cars). After finding no damage, they sent us on our way with well wishes and made the service complimentary.
